How do y’all feel about John Wall? Especially, if he ends up with a buyout…

If he's cheap of course why not. We need more PG options off the bench. I doubt he signs with us though he'll mercenary ring chase for sure.

How could Phoenix be balking at signing Ayton to a max deal? Did they miss what he did last season?

It's going to be interesting to see how the team performs in the early going with the rough schedule out of the gate. Mitch and JB will get an early look at the team's strengths and weaknesses. So maybe this year we might actually make a significant trade mid-season to address an area we're struggling in.

If a lack of playmaking and shooting off the bench is an issue maybe we'll trade Oubre for Kyle Anderson. Or if we continue to get obliterated on the boards, maybe we'll make a move for Harrell or someone else who may be available.

Unlike last year we have a few tradable contracts outside of Rozier, so I think Kupchak will have more options available to him.

I wonder if the Pacers would trade Goga Bitadze for Carey, McDaniels, and the Pelicans pick?

I think Goga is ready to be a really good backup and spot starter right now, but he isn't going to get an opportunity in the Pacers crowded frontcourt. Mitch also brought him in for two workouts prior to drafting PJ, so I imagine the team was interested in him.

He reminds me of Nurkic. He isn't elite in any one area, but he's solid across the board and he can even stretch the floor a bit.

I like Goga as a trade target. Those are the kind of players we should be going after imo young, upside centers that could be ready to step up. I would assume Indy views Goga as their primary backup C whenever they trade Turner, but it seems like they've been trying to trade Turner for like three years now so who knows if that's ever gonna happen. I'd even do PJ for Goga plus other assets if they can't move Turner

Washington, Hayward, and a draft pick for any all-star caliber player who is young, improves the front court, and helps with cap space. If we still feel like Hayward is of significant value…then Washington and Martin for a young and impactful front court player.

They're cheap.

What's the rush? They have his rights and it might motivate him to play his backside off this season for them.

Fellas, you've gotta think signing Avery Bradley is a no brainer right...? He's 30 man. Having Iwundu on an NBA team before Avery Bradley is blasphemy.

it is, but Bradley has looked pretty cooked the last couple years. If he was still a very good 3&D guard to put next to an elite guard, Golden State wouldn't have cut him.

Rather take a flyer on Dunn, Giles, or Exum. I think Cody M is better than Bradley at this point.

Bottom line Iwundu needs to be replaced by someone who has more upside or provides immediate need (shooting, 3rd pg, 3rd center, playmaker)

Blazers released Quinn Cook. He's very, very meh but shoots the deep ball well.

Serious idea; deal PJ Washington to the Kings for Marvin Bagley. Marvin needs a serious change of scenery, would likely come in hungry to prove himself and justify his next contract (or even a reasonable extension). He likely becomes our starting center, allowing Plumlee to contribute mightily off the bench. Bagley has had injuries but nothing serious. He has strength, can board, block, shoot the 3. PJ can go to the west coast and decide if he wants to be a player or be played with. Kings would probably want a pick but maybe it’s second rounders.
I continue to wait...and hope...for the return to Hornet's glory.

I get where you’re coming from but we would need a guaranteed rotation player coming back as well in case bagley does suck. I’d love to move Washington for a good centre
