I didn’t think Johnson was that explosive.

This may be the final vertical board. Or maybe it’s from group 2, but….Oh my…

Watched a bunch of the clips from Givony’s X account. Rasheer Fleming continues to make me want this guy bad enough to trade a future 1st pick and one of this year’s seconds to position just outside the lottery. Heck by the time he’s done with workouts he may become one of the super risers of the draft. His shuttle run was crazy good. His shooting looked good.

BTW, Knipples did not participate. His camp said he has an injury from a few weeks back so unable to go.

Fleming might be the unicorn role player that can switch 1-5 and hit 3s.

More personal observations from the posted videos:

> Collin Murray-Bowles was BRICK CITY during his spot up 3’s drill. Hit ZERO from the corner, and maybe 1 of 5 from other areas shown.

> Cooper Flagg looked good as expected, but I still think he’s going to be a bit of a tweener…a really GOOD tweener. Needs to get a lot more muscle on those bones.

> Queen’s shooting drill confirmed to me how much I do not want him. He still has that really odd low forward positioning on his jumper, and it looks like a slow release.

> VJ looked pretty good on his mid range shooting drill. They didn’t show his 3 point attempt. Ace did OK mid range but was even better on his 3 point drill. Bailey was super good on the shooting star 3 point drill. Givony said he showed excellent footwork and shooting mechanics.

> Jaku 3 point drill was average. His shot release is slow and prone to being blocked IMO.

> Tre Johnson spot 3 point shooting drill looked really good. Missed a few but was butter. He hit every shot in his mid-range drill.

> Jeremiah Fears looked pretty good with his 3 point shooting drill. Nice foundation and good shooting motion.
I continue to wait...and hope...for the return to Hornet's glory.

Told y'all about Rasheer months ago lol

Him rising is no surprise. I have him 5th on my board and would totally comfortable taking him at #4.

He's the most pro ready player outside of Flagg and Harper imo.

Per one of the major writers, Fleming is already a rising bullet on league draft boards. If his workouts are really good someone might snatch him late lottery. I would select him over Carter Bowles. He does have some limitations, but seasoning, training and experience could make him a strong starter.
I continue to wait...and hope...for the return to Hornet's glory.
