Brown will be unrestricted in 2024, wouldn't it better to just wait until he hits free agency than offer ridiculous amount of draft picks?

presumably he'd be traded before walking

Seems like they are mad overachieving right now. I like their team, but also don't love it.

So, I've now lived in Orlando for about 5 years. My local friends are thrilled that I've finally become a Magic fan, however temporarily.

Balogun was at the Magic game today. About to hopefully flip to team USA over England. I say this because he is an Arsenal player and you have an Arsenal logo.

Ha - yeah. I need to take that one down. When I popped the logo in there I was living in the UK and my London buddies were relentless in their attempts to turn me into a "Gooner" - tried on the hat for several years but it never quite took.

Will be a big fan right up until they gift us the #4 pic - after that back to occasional box watching. Always been more of a fan of Suggs than most and like to see how the Wagner bros are doing.

Out of curiosity, does anyone here have LeBron above MJ on the GOAT list?

what's your top 10?

My list

1. Jordan
2. LeBron
------------------
3. Kareem
------------------
4. Russell
5. Wilt
------------------
6. Magic
7. Bird
------------------
8. Shaq
9. Duncan
10. Hakeem

Few notes:

LeBron is closer to MJ than Kareem is to either of them.

I think it says a lot about MJs greatness to be up there when his main rivals benefitted from being longevity kings.

In reality that 8-10 tier is more of an 8-14ish tier including guys like Kobe, DRobinson, West, Oscar, Durant/Steph, etc. that one is really muddy to me.

I have Lebron as the GOAT.

1 - Lebron
2 - MJ
3 - Kareem

I find the next group of players really difficult to rank. I tend to have Kevin Garnett sneaking into the bottom of my top 10, which is probably the only controversial thing about my list.

Pretty similar to yours

Jordan
Bron
Kareem
Magic
Bird
Russell
Wilt
Duncan
Kobe
Hakeem
Shaq
Oscar
Curry
West
Durant

Give Curry another few years of same level and he might crack my top 10

I'm pretty offended that Plumlee isn't separated into his own tier.

Plumlee lives by the motto of "Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer". So he didn't want to separate himself from the rest. To keep a close eye on his foes.

Those of you who have LBJ higher, mind sharing your age?

Agree with most of the consensus around here but I have Wilt closer to 3 than 6.

Underrated because he didn't have as many good teammates as others like Kareem and Russell
