Swishtheory... not really familiar. Scoot 2, miller 4. Fwiw.

I'll keep digging lol. I'm on a mission from god.

This mock is why I want Miller. Imagine if Bufkin Schifino fall to 27. I also see he's high on Jalen Slawson one of my sleepers. He is like a mix of Jalen Wilson and Colby Jones

Coach Spins likes Slawson. Seems he likes a lot of your guys.

Oh and Coach Spins has Scoot going #2 on his mock.

Wow he has so many of my sleepers in that video.

I like both prospects quite a bit but I wouldn't trade LaMelo for either of them. He's already proven to be an All-Star level player and he's still like 6 years away from his peak years. You just don't know what you're getting, I mean there's only been one instance over the past 23 drafts where all top three picks ended up making an All-Star team, so odds are at least one of these top three guys are not gonna be worth it

Neither of them have the upside of LaMelo, any idea of trading him is the classic case of looking at the shinny new thing. Both Scoot and Miler don't really have one skill on day one that you would rate in the top 20 in the NBA like LaMelos passing. Scoots athleticism is not in the same tier as recent top draft prospects like Ja, Jalen Green and Anthony Edwards. Millers shooting is very good but will struggle with self creation in the first year when trying to separate from defenders.

I think threads normally get locked up around the 100-page mark, so are mods gonna go ahead and lock this one up and start a new one in preparation for tonight?

Also, might wanna warn people ahead of time about posting spoilers, since I know that usually causes a lot of conflict when the draft is actually going on. Inevitably someone will be reading spoilers posted on social media and then post them here, but a lot of people don't like that and prefer this thread to remain spoiler free.

Woj said he isn't spoiling picks this year, but Shams hasn't said anything so I guess he still intends on doing that. But yeah this thread should be spoiler free until after the picks are made/traded.

Either Miller or Scoot will get an A from me. A+ would be Miller the player with Scoot the personality.

Who's the one player (other than Miller/Scoot) that you guys want us to draft with our 4 other picks?

Julian Phillips is the guy I want. He has elite size and athleticism, projects as a great defender, and he has a decent jump shot. He's one of the best 3&D prospects in this draft.

I like Amari Bailey a lot
OMP could be good just from a defensive stopper standpoint, we desperately lack that.

Phillips is one of my guys as well. Really like him as an upside play.

If we somehow managed to walk away with Bailey, Podz, and Phillips, I'd be a happy camper. This said, figure we probably exit draft night only keeping 3 of our 5 picks

Nikola Durisic. He is the ONE if I had to pick. But by us taking Miller if we do, they kinda provide similar value so not sure we would need Durisic. I wonder if we would take Clowney, and the fact that he was Millers teamate I wonder how that would fair

I li-tra-lee don't care. I fully expect all of them but maybe 1 to get traded away

Prioritize Shooting first , then Defense, then not-raw-ness (Kai and Thor style kiddos)
