I would rather have PJ than Josh Green.

Feels like PJ just doesn't work well with Miles which explains why he's been so hot and cold since Miles' return.

When PJ is playing at his peak, he is a valuable role player on a friendly contract and will step up if Miles is gone. I am pretty anti PJ trade.

We need to try and get as many good players as possible.

I think this is what we're doing. I believe in Mark, so he, Miller and Melo are 3. We are also getting rid of Gordon's contract, and Miles. Terry is gone. So we have cap space a'plentay as they say at the Beacon Drive-in in Spartanburg. With that, I think we'll look for a very good vet to mentor all our young guys.

And finally the draft. If the season ended today, we'd have the 4th pick. With Terry gone, and all our injuries, we're looking at the second pick. Unfortunately, this draft class is not very promising from all accounts, but the 2nd pick should at least be a good role player.

The rest of this season is long, and will stink. But the future is bright.

Only the Hornets think getting rid of players is somehow going to make them magically better.
"Get rid of Terry, he is the problem"- haven't won since we traded him lol.
Replace Miles with a guy that can't dribble, Miller will drop 55 ppg then lol.

The future very well can be bright, but its probably even brighter if we add talent and not just hope the 5th pick in the draft is another superstar.

Josh Green is pretty 1 dimensional on offense. 66% of his 3s are corner threes and he pretty much only shoots 3s. Problem is Hornets are like the worst team in the league at creating corner 3s. So not sure he is a perfect fit by any means.

He is young and tries on defense so there is that, but I agree PJ is a more versatile offensive player. EPM has PJ as a better defender this year, which is a bit worrisome considering Green has a reputation as defender and that is why he got the 3/41 extension.

We're apparently interested in Bones Hyland.

The guy who quit on a championship team because he wasn't getting enough shots. That's exactly the type of player we need.

It seems to me that all the trade interest in Miles Bridges is from a rental perspective, and that's not advantageous to the Hornets. No team is going to send Charlotte much of value for a player surrounding his Bird rights and won't sign long term without it. Who has that kind of cap room, trade assets and interest in Miles Bridges? The Hornets would be foolish to trade the player at this juncture. A Summer sign-and-trade makes more sense.

Unlike the Terry rumors, everything I keep seeing about PJ or Miles rumors seems very empty. The only legit thing I think I've come across today is Minnesota being interested in Lowry.

If the new owners allow Bit*h Kupcake to deal for Bones I will absolutely blow a gasket. Insanity and stupidity can reside within the same person. I wanted the new regime to fire him and Cliff many weeks ago, and get a new or interim GM to make quality decisions. Now, I get it that there isn’t a likely permanent hire candidate ready to jump into the fire mid-season, but SURELY they can and will veto kamikaze actions before they can happen.

Somebody should tell Mitch that Bones isn't a bag of bones we can use to replace the bones of all our injured players with.

We were rumored to have interest last trade deadline. I wonder if that is recycled information or if we are still fans.
Doesn't really seem like a guy Clifford would value, we basically drafted NSj as a guy that should theoretically be very similar.

If we need a backup PG, let Jr. get more minutes and call up Bailey.

Trading for another small defense-less combo guard is the last thing we need to do.

He also complained about his role in Denver, didn't he? If he wasn't happy in Denver, no chance he'll be happy here.
