'BrotherDave' has some explaining to do. He's the primary poster that always emphatically shoot down the notion of Kendall Marshall being at least a quality backup PG in the NBA

Sessions for Redick straight up. Redick would drop some serious bombs with this squad.

Mullens has had good games too, he must be starting material.

The Kings want Klay Thompson. If I'm the Warriors I ask for the Kings unprotected 1st + McLemore. That Kings pick could be a top 5 pick and if McLemore finds a 3 pt stroke it would be a coupe. The kicker is it's a huge risk for their playoff aspirations given their current roster. They would have to start Barnes at SF and slide Iggy to SG.

I remember when people thought McLemore would be better than Ray Allen.

I still think McLemore is going to go down as one of the best 3-pt shooters in NBA history.

I remember when Shabazz Muhammad was supposed to be the next James Harden.

There were also posters here who wanted Anthony Bennett.
Humble yourself.

Also McLemore's 3pt% would come in 2nd on the team behind Kemba. While that's not saying much I think it's obvious we could have used him.

I never said anything about "starting material". By the way, Byron Mullens would be 'quality backup' material if he had half the basketball IQ as Kendall Marshall

Factually, it was you that compared Shabazz Muhammad to James Harden. Your exact quote was...

MasterIchiro wrote:on Sat Jan 19, 2013 6:45 pm

That being said, I like Shabazz Muhammad in that he can score in a variety of ways. He is a consistent go-to guy with NBA chutzpah, a big body and he can rebound. He'll never be a superstar but he can be a slightly slower, more controlled, James Harden.

I fail to see why I have explaining to do when a scrub PG in D'Antoni's system has a good game against a crappy Jazz team. :dontknow:

I was just being facetious. You don't have any explaining to do. You already admitted that Marshall had a "good game" in the NBA, and that was enough
