Figured it out. 2k15 is totally **** for last gen consoles. They haven't done any roster updates let alone any new features.

they want people to buy the next gen system so they're gonna halfass the games that will also be on last gen, should'n't even make the games for last gen. i got 2k14 for PS3 and it was basically the exact same as 2k13

Gotta upgrade, man! I got the digital version for the PS4 last night. It's pretty damn awesome so far. The presentation is through the roof this year and NBA2KTV looks like it could be pretty interesting.

For those of you interested in motion and free lance offenses they really did a great job this year. The spurs and heat free lance offenses are a thing of beauty.

Also the face scanning for MyPlayer and the Park is pretty sweet! I wasn't very interested in the park last season but the changes they've made is really getting my juices flowing to join a crew and do some damage.

Here's my ugly mug!

Just got 2k15 for the PC. Pretty nice so far. MyCareer has definitely kicked it up a few notches. Only problem is my graphics card isn't all that great, so gameplay is a little choppy at times, which I pretty much expected.

Apparently there's an 80-season association mode, which I am totally going to do in its entirety at some point.

sweet. how does it look? i am definitely going tomorrow to get it. things fell apart today and i didnt get a chance to go.

good. like you i didn't buy last years so this has been a nice change from nb2k13.

things like the euro step and hop step have changed, so have calling for a pick and roll and throwing alley oops. just got to get used to the new commands. i think you have more control over ball handling, which i like. the shot blocking is way, way, way better and a lot more realistic.

i just finished my 1st game in association mode. id spent the afternoon adjusting roster, navigating around and practising. i start kemba - lance - mkg - noah - al

we played the bucks

final score: us 117 to them 107

al was player of the game

box score notables:

al = 25/10/1 with 3 blocks
lance = 19/5/7 with 1 block
kemba = 19/2/10 with 4 turn overs
noah = 11/8/4 and 1 block

neal went nuts off the bench with 17/4/5 (3/5 from three)
so did pj with 12/4/3 (2/4 from three)

rex = 4/6 with 1 block
biz = 2/7 with 2 blocks

mkg was beyond awful. he did have 9 boards and 7 assists but i think the developers are punishing him with his j. he went 0/10 including 1/8 from the ft line (and i am a great ft shooter controller guy). might be me not really knowing the dribble moves yet but anytime I got him inside and near the rim he would get contact and crap the bed.

the biggest problem i have with the game so far is the pelicans not trading davis to me, which i keep trying. they want kemba, noah and al. too much.

Can't wait to pick this up tomorrow.

For those with last gen consoles, I'd highly recommend the PS4, I didn't think I'd need to upgrade for a while but I did on a whim and I haven't regretted it.

The graphics for some games are life like and load times are greatly improved as well.

The biggest disappointment so far for next gen is the lack of games available at present, though some big titles are due out soon.

I'm a big CAP guy. I really enjoy deep diving into legends and creating them and placing them in the game. So I was super pumped with the new CAP system on next gen (PS4 here). 2Ks CAP lacked big time over the last few years, but from what I tinkered with it looks awesome.

I like to start an association with legends with them all at the beginning of their career and see who comes out on top as the best. I wish there were more than 150 slots for CAPs, but they have also added back in the ability to change current player ages which will help with guys that are already in the game. I can just change their age and attributes.

Nope. Downloaded straight off Steam. I don't even know if there's a physical version of the game for PC.
