Belinelli is actually fine on a decent team. The Kings stink, the Hornets are good. Works for both teams.

Don't panic over this this deal for #Hornets. They understand they can't bring back all 5 FA's - this is cheap deal for vet to lessen blow.
Batum or Lin insurance?

This is probably my least favorite move we've made since signing Al... What a bummer. Sometimes i really hate this organization.

This situation should be better for him.
My picks:
2020 Draft (3rd pick) - Tyrese Haliburton, Devin Vassell, or Onyeka Okongwu
2021 Draft (11th pick) - Moses Moody

I'd rather keep #22 and give Daniels more burn than agree to this deal.

Lin.
I think we were saving the MLE for Belinelli last summer, which is why we gave Lin the biannual instead.

Only sense I can make of that deal from Charlotte view is preferring cost certainty of Marco over whatever C. Lee gets. But for No. 22...

Cho made sure to crush all the fans hopes on this draft night. Knew we weren't making a pick, but couldn't it have at least come 2 hours later? Really no point in following tonight now.

This must mean that Cho envisioned Belly as his backup PG all along before settling for Lin after Belly chose the Kings over us.

Bye Bye Courtney Lee.

I still think we get back into the draft, somehow. I actually dont mind the trade.

Belly's versatility allow him to cover 3 positions so Cho might let Lin and Lee walk.

Re: Hornets Trade #22 for Marco Belinelli
Its nice adding more shooting, but assuming Marco takes Lee's spot, I am concerned we still only have one (injury prone) wing who can defend at an above average level.
