Doesn't make sense to trade Plum, who should've had decent value, for an old backup PG.

In the decade or so that Ive been following this team, every time there has been a trade or some move that we all thought didn't make sense and there must be another move or some aspect of the deal not being reported it has turned out that there was no other move or missing piece and it was just a bad deal. I'm not holding my breath.

Remember when the DUST CHIP was going to become CP3 and Carmelo?

Not sure? Maybe that was before my time. I started following Kemba's rookie year.

Congrats, they wasted half a season of Mark Williams development to get a 2nd round pick from the Clippers in 2028 lol. At least they got something.

Well, the deadline has passed. Let's see if we did anything else.

does the salary difference between Jackson and Plumlee (Jackson's being a bit higher) have any impact whatsoever on cap maneuverings next offseason?

They're both expiring so I'd assume no.

Reggie Jackson is Michael Jordan’s type of player. He is the Steve Clifford of PGs. Veteran leadership and fight. He’s going to lead this team out of the basement all the way to the play-in game. Future of the backcourt, Reggie and Terry. What a pile of ****. This franchise regularly abuses its fan base.

They should honestly cut Reggie Jackson so Clifford can't waste any minutes on him.

Honestly sort of scary what Cliff could do to Wemby. Scoot too, if we for some reason keep Jackson + Rozier.

I just don't get it

People thought he wouldn't do deals, he did at least a couple

Now I guess it's group complaining about the return on two expiring guys, 1 32 year old that no one wants on the roster and one non starter

Is the thought that we just didn't try? We're really rolling with that as the position

You mean like sending them to the G League so we can tank again, but not on purpose?

I am content with the deals, but I really hoped they would move Terry. They still probably will around the draft though. You CANNOT go into 23-24 thinking a LaMelo/Terry back court is a playoff back court. You just can't.

A 2028 2nd? Lol
So much wasted Mark playingvtine so that we could squeeze in a 2nd rounder 5 years from now.

My tribute to a famous previous poster “Bob”. Agree Snidely…what a mierda show. Mitch CONSISTENTLY gets abused on trades…ALWAYS low comp for relative value. EVER TEAM knows his weaknesses. Offer a turd player but include second round picks.
I continue to wait...and hope...for the return to Hornet's glory.

Theyve done it for two straight years.
