Is it just me or does ball movement look so much better without Terry pounding

Can't ask for better effort.

Did Miller get injured again? Only 11 minutes looking at the box score.

Yeah, ankle

My goodness I hope this isn't another LaMelo situation.

We probably should sit him until that ankle has fully recovered. We are not playing for anything this year. We must protect our young players.

At least NSJ is looking like a straight up G.

Nick Smith is our answer as a future legit 6th man or maybe even a starting 2 guard. He has to get in the weight room, though.

I’ve been high on NSJ all year. Kid just needs time and experience.
I continue to wait...and hope...for the return to Hornet's glory.

There's a decent chance we win this game if we didn't start the 3rd quarter missing out first 20 fg attempts.

0-for-20 is nuts. that was crazy bad basketball.
nick is obv a microwave combo. we've had a long history of these types - monk, bouk being the latest we tried... what sets nick apart is, even as a rookie, he plays with max effort on both ends every possession. thats a good sign.

The other thing that sets him apart is he's shown legit 3 point range on his jump shot straight out of the box.

I've seen enough, NSJ needs minutes, idc if he isn't a PG but that's where the minutes are. Healthy rotation:

LaMelo 32 / NSJ 16
Rozier 32 / Miller 16
Hayward 32 / Miller 8 / Bridges 8
Bridges 24 / PJ 24
Williams 24 / Richards 16 / 8 flex minutes for either Williams or PJ depending on matchup

Martin not in the rotation when healthy?

Here is my suggestion when healthy:

LaMelo 35 / NSJ 13
Rozier 32 / Miller 10 / Martin 8
Miller 24/ Hayward 16 / Martin 8
Bridges 32 / PJ 16
Williams 26 / Richards 16 / 8 flex minutes for either Williams or PJ depending on matchup

Being Gordo off the bench until he’s traded.
I continue to wait...and hope...for the return to Hornet's glory.

A player stepped on and then fell on his ankle.

re sprained ankles... random theory... our lack of spacing, poor ball movement and cliff insisting on driving ball into paint leads to our guys constantly in the lane in a tangled web of feet where chances of a twisted ankle increase.
feel-o-meter, not backed by any stats
