The real problem is that we don't know what we want to do on offense. Throwing to Okafor is not a plan. Nazr can hit a jumper if he's open. JRich, if he's open... GWall can take his man, but he's not here... what do we do? How do we get them open?

Maybe Jamareo just starts playing NBA games like they're dleague ones?

That'd be pretty much the only hope for the season at this point.

I'm feeling you.

The only thing that is keeping me watching is to see what sort of line up V will come up with next. Personally my fav has been:

McMinus
Earl
Hammer
Pigboy
Nazzy

to close out the 1st.

The problem with us is that we're a very bad defensive team. Then you take out our best player, we have no shot to win any games because we can't get any easy baskets off defensive stops.

That and our help D blows - which in turn makes our rotation to the open man non existant and allows open shot after open shot.

There is a reason the Pistons had an assist on everyone on their 1st 12 or so field goals.

Same here. I'm switching between us and the Nets/Mavs game because our team is unwatchable. Wake me up when the season ends and/or when Shiny Head gets the boot.

Or a trade :)

Even though I'm thinking it's better not to "save the ship" so to speak. It would do us some good to suck and get a good draft pick, then hopefully right the wrongs of the past.

Yeah, it's like every single player on our team has some sort of 7 second delay in their brain when it comes to playing defense. The only player on our team who gets up in the face of the opponent is Dudley.

Also we never put any pressure on the ball. What the F is that? Shiny Head should demand his players get up on their man. Doesn't he realize our zone has been swiss cheese all season long?!?!?!? Try something different !!! Have Raymond get in the face opposing point guard. Man it's not rocket science

SO frustrating against the Nets when our PG's sagged off Kidd and allowed him to shoot unopposed time and time again.

Then to see Prince tonight shoot 4 uncontested 3's in the 1st when he was obviously hot. It's not like he was coming off screens or losing the guy defending him though a series of complicated weaves. He was standing still, catching the ball, having a cup of tea, reading the paper, looking up to see if a defender was coming (which they NEVER were), went to the bathroom, brushed his hair, hit on the hot chick 3 rows back and then casually drained ANOTHER three.

Why the hell wasn't someone on his hip after he drained the 2nd 3 ball and not giving him room to squeeze out a fart let alone shoot the rock?

I was wondering about that myself.

It seemed like earlier on my home comp, all the text was underlined or something.

I've been having some issues with my home comp and the internet lately (with this site and the Observer site, but they both can be slow sometimes anyway), so I thought it was just a problem I was having.
