Only 3 times out of 27 the worst team has received the no. 1 pick. The 5th worst, per example, has won the lottery 5 times...

More so the NBA owns a team that might have two lottery picks.

It's going to be awesome when we finish with the worst record in the NBA but the Hornets land the 1st and 3rd overall picks as we drop down as far as we can possibly go.

I wouldn't be surprised if Stern actually somehow influenced the outcome of the lottery. I truly believe that the draft in which the Knicks landed the no. 1 pick and Pat Ewing was fixed.

Or Derrick Rose to the bulls -.-

Or the Cavs(which was the Clippers pick from 9th i believe) landing the #1 pick. Coincidence or Stern? Stern caught a lot of heat after that.

7 of the threads on the Knicks first page have the word "Jeremy" or "Lin" in them.

I love it.

Rockets are reportedly signing Greg Smith. They already have 15 on their roster, who are they gonna waive?

I was actually watching the game when I saw your post. I had been screaming at the TV as the Wizards let the Raptors back in. I nearly puked when it went to OT because I was sure the Raptors were going to win it!!

I know what you mean, I think the Wiz will win a few more here and there but NO worries me, it is kind of disheartening for lack of a better term when we finally decide to stink it up to the high heavens and there is still a team on our heels.

Wow Jeremy Lin has been incredible, I know that he is playing a sh*t load of minutes but he is incredible. He is completeing difficult plays with intelligence, strength, and quickness. He is not the fastest guy on the floor but he is quick as lightning on his first step and drives with ALOT of strength, he communicates well and when he is out on the Floor the Knicks seem unstoppable. During the Jazz game at Madison Square at the end of the game the crowd was chanting MVP, and why not, Lin had played nearly a perfect game Again! I mean its just impressive what this guy can do, how the hell did he get overlooked? The guy looks unstoppable in driving. You have to like this guy.

lin with 38. dantonni has his guy. finally. i am curious to see how this works once melo comes back and wants to hold onto the ball for 15 seconds. hopefully melo can operate like he does with team USA when he just kills it with mid ranges jumpers that get kicked out to him.

i see the thunder are on tv again. 3rd nationally televised game this week.
