Im with BigSlam on this one. I was a big Hornets fan before, but a name change doesn't really mean much to me. The colors and logo are tons better, but I still stand firm that our attendance figures won't move nearly as much as some think they will. Having sellout after sellout just isn't going to happen these days. Charlotte has become more of a football town than a basketball town.

Looks like both Bobcats.com and Hornets.com is redirected now to the Charlotte Hornets. The site looks incomplete (well hopefully).

Rebranding sure didn't help New Orleans attendance, and by no means is No Orleans a bigger football town then Charlotte

Very presumptuous of RealGM to convert the Bobcats logo directly to a Hornets logo, implying that all Bobcat fans are automatically going to become Hornet fans!
