Hell yeah, fats!!! I simply love this. I don't know why, but I sort of thought that besides Tupik there isn't anybody else on the Cats boards who listens to artists like Blackalicious, Mos Def, Jurassic 5 etc.

I'm pretty much stuck in the past music wise. I'm mostly a 90s, 80s hip hop listener, yet I pretty much can listen to anything from back in the way. Whether it's rock (The Doors, The Beatles), jazz (Miles Davis, John Coltrane), funk (Parliament, James Brown), soul (Isaac Hayes, The Isley Brothers) or even pop. I just love how goofy and sloppy 80s pop music is and I mean that in a good way. I guess I'm one of those ignorant people who thinks that musicians nowadays have no talent whatsoever. Well, at least the mainstream ones.

Off to Bee Gees "Stayin' Alive" and Van Halen's "Jump".

It's a shame because there are a lot of excellent bands nowadays, you just have to stay away from all that bull on tv/radio. Brand New, At the Drive-In, The Tallest Man on Earth, Youth Lagoon, shels, The Dear Hunter, Defeater, Yindi Halda... oh and Radiohead of course... I could go on and on, and I'm not even talking about hip-hop here. Of course the late 60s, 70s, 90s and to a lesser extent the 80s have some amazing bands, but that shouldn't detract you from all the great ones there are today.

I know you have great taste in music, so you should definitely check out some contemporary bands, there is a lot of amazing stuff out there.

Also, this is my jam right now, any fans ?

The European game is good for him.

I wouldn't mind bringing him back next Summer as a Summer League/Training Camp guy and see what he can do. If he keeps it up, there's no reason why he couldn't be a good bench player a la younger Carroll.

Matters whose spot and playing time he will be taking.

He will be 28 next year, I wouldn't want him taking the place of someone younger and with more upside

would be a shock to some of these NBA stars going to China where you are definitely just the employee with certain expectations. They won't put up with primadonna **** there.

And yes the Aussie forums going great guns!
But wait till the lockout is over and see what happens.

TJ Diop scored 4 points in his debut! Could he break the 3 point ceiling?

Somebody actually went to the effort of making a youtube video for TJ playing under 18's.

It's gotta be good for Australia basketball having these African players starting to come through the system. Really adds something to our National team.

The Australia board is great!!

It's a big upgrade from the OTA which had about 8 members including yours truly, since then Aussies are coming out of the wood work.... don't worry fats you are welcome!! especially as you support our great game.

Don't worry though, the Bobcats board is my home!!

The OTA was basically every thread on the Australia forum in one thread, it was confusing at times to say the least.

Good times though.

I think the Australia forum is one of the most active forums on all of RealGM.

Australia needs to become the new home of the bobcats. sachmo, slam and sik, you guys need to get out there and recruit us some new fans. sell them on our board's collective awesomeness. :) if that doesnt work, direct them to the cathouse thread from 2 years ago.

Last thing we need is butt plugs like Sho, Kezz, Willy and Chicka posting on this board.

Especially Willy.
