I think there's a event that can happen to make me lose interest in the NBA permanently, and that is if the fcking Pelicans win the lottery. I'll just purge it from my life

Flagg finished with 42 7 and 6 and just broke the acc freshman record for points in a game. God please become a hornet.

Flagg is definitely living up to the hype lately. He started off slow which made me put Harper in that top spot.

It's clear Flagg is going #1. If he gets a jumpshot good luck to the rest of the NBA.

Maybe new ownership will help us land the #1 pick.

That's a nice performance. Reminds me of when Malik Monk scored 50 for Kentucky.

Flagg has now entered the level of prospect where he’s officially too good to become a Hornet. We saw it with AD, and Wemby, and many others before.

I'm trying to picture the teams and we offer the best talent to surround him.

Toronto is the only team that might make sense giving it's Canada and he plays with Barnes as his running mate.

I don't think you want him in Washington with the Shaqtin A Fool bros Poole/Kuzma.

Utah is not a glamour market.

Portland same not a glamour market.

We honestly make the most sense. He's down the road from Duke and you put him with a nice core group of players. This has to be our year.

This game will raise his shooting but coming into it, Flagg was at 30.8% from the college line. He's raised it recently so maybe he's adjusting to the college level. But he didn't face any NBA defenders today.

Harper is a lead guard shooting over 50% from the field. That is an absurd number. He won't need a deadly 3 ball because of the rim pressure he creates.

I still prefer Harper #1 overall, but I acknowledge Flagg may make me regret it.

Flagg is closer to AD than Wemby. And I think Harper plays the same floor game as Harden. I am convinced his father encouraged Dylan to study James Harden. He handles just like him.

Have to have elite guard play to go anywhere in the NBA these days.

Celtics had like 4 guards with handles last year. White, Jrue, Brown, Pritchard.

Hornets have 2? LaMelo and Mann.

I mean let’s be honest. The lottery has been good to us lately but we ain’t getting no damn number 1 pick. Fun to think about though.

We got a 3 then a 2. The only thing we need is 1. Flagg could be the guy that rights the ship. He's literally our wet dream prospect.

Their chance of getting the #1 pick will likely be between 7.5%-14%. No one has a good chance of the #1 pick with the new odds. It is what it is.

My aplogies Catchings has been in foul trouble this game so hasn't played much but you can see the raw talent there...

I promise you tho if you watch the Stojokovic game later you will not be dissapointed

Yeah, been here before.

The healthiest approach is to get comfortable with however many prospects fit our draft range. We are 4th right now but range 1-7. Find some comfort in as many prospects as you can up to 7.

I'm at about 5: Harper, Flagg, Jakucionis, Demin, Bailey.

I love Harper but I don't want to sit here obsessing over his every game and sharing his stats here.

I'm not polyamorous in my private life, but this is a game we are talking about. I can fall in and out of love - no attachments.
