Had to stay ridiculously late at work and missed the whole damn thing. Kinda pissed.

Someone please sum up the competition in a haiku.

Also this needs to be an annual thing on here.

Everybody knows the Corning Rotary Club in NY is the mecca for linguistics. He cut his teeth at the Corning Court (also known as the Rucker Park of Spelling) and has dominated for years. Coach T over at Corning knows what it takes to prepare his guys for the next level and Jairam is definitely 1st pick material.

Spelling runs in his blood too. Jairam's brother Sriram (naturally) competed 5 times! Was 3rd in '13 and co-champ in '14. Jairam already tried out last year and came in 22nd at the tender age of 12. Ever since then, he's been putting in two-a-days with his personal trainer. I hear he's even cut back on the preteen "bathroom breaks" in order to keep his edge. and he's definitely ready for Hathwar

Just look at the quiet confidence in that smile. It's like he's saying "**** you nerds, this is mine".

Team Jairam all day

we need gifs of Janga shaking his head "no" behind Jairam, then clapping in his face.

And then another gif of Jairam trying to high give Janga and getting hung out to dry, 3 times in the span of 5 seconds.

The Hathwar Dynasty is for real gentleman. That family has produced more natural phonetic talent than any other, and we're lucky enough to witness it live.

Totally unrelated, but I fully expect that dirty pervert Janga to have his co-title stripped when the drug tests come back. No eleven year old has a voice that guttural. Barry White sounding ass.

just posted mine in the NBA 8.0 thread

There is not enough theriaca on the planet to get me to take a trip with Biz to the congo jungles. Lets hope he can put off his trip back home for another few days with a win tonight vs the Cavs.

from the Cody Zeller thread:
Some people would prescribe betony, an herb known to heal vaginitis, for Zeller, but I disagree. I think Cody and his punchdrunk face give this team toughness.

I tried to watch that show once and it just made me angry, then sad. I majored in geography and I felt like a complete idiot watching those kids answer stuff I had no clue about. It made me want to return my diploma.

alright i'm going to start looking for gifs of Perv clapping in the other kids face sometime tomorrow. I already cheated and didn't use my word today. For some reason I have that my guy lost on "illicium" but i'm pretty sure that wasn't it. Mine lost on some sort of word that meant fish bone. Or maybe i'm just getting confused because i'm still coming down off the high. I think I entered into some sort of nirvana-like state while Perv just dropped dime after dime.\
