That' why I think he will work best as a 6th man. Good read, thanks

He's a rookie................ of course he would be best as a 6th man type. Putting that overall ceiling on him for his entire career right now is pretty ballsy.

You also said DJ is your favorite player on the team, so I can't really take what you are saying seriously.

Not being a hater, just saying that if you watched the first 2 games and he is your favorite player, we may have issues haha

I really could care less what you take seriously... Now that that is out of the way. I hope you have a great day... :D

As for me labeling bouknight, being a sixth man isn't a bad label at all imo. 6ixth men are just as valuable as starters... They just mesh differently... I think Bouknight overall has loads of potential. (Uh I actually noticed it when he was on the BENCH in uconn). I think Bouknight is better than the majority in this draft and was the right pick for us. His ceiling imo could be an allstar but his best USE-MENT imo is that of a 6ixth man...

And someone can be your favorite player and not be the BEST player on the team. BJ armstrong was Jordans sons favorite player... Favorite doesn't mean I necessarily think that person is the best, I may just like that persons style of play... McDaniels is my favorite on the whole team but he is no where near the best player. 2 Cold scorpio is my favorite wrestler of all time, no where near a Hulk Hogan, Stone COld, The Rock, Goldberg, Undertaker etc... I'm deeper than that...

Now that that's out of the way I cannot wait for todays game against the SPURS.

Primo VS Bouknight *sigh im in heaven* lol

Being deliberately contrarian significantly reduces your credibility though.

Vernon Carey has already shown more than Nick Richards did all last game in the first two minutes.

you know what, I was giving him slack while I tried to feel out his game, but Bouknight really needs to step up his intensity/focus/whatever you wanna call it a little bit here.

ran into the stands after a layup attempt and didn't make it down the floor on defense (I get it, you're way the heck over there). then he sprints to get around a screen (so you're ok then?), but then he lobs a pass with not nearly enough pace and it's deflected.

it's just a crummy look. I know he's capable of better.

Thor is pretty comfortable running a mini-break. nice pass and then nice put-back for the bucket there.

Yeah, since the first game he's definitely been underwhelming. The start of this game hasn't been encouraging.

It could be that the coaching staff is telling him to go at 80%. I mean, think about it, why risk getting your lottery pick injured? You already know what you have there, not much that you’re going to see from summer league. I could be wrong, but it’s a possibility.

first of all I don't think this organization works like that. if you're legitimately worried about him getting hurt then just keep him in Charlotte. either you want a good look at a player against summer league competition or you don't. asking the player to hold something back means you don't learn a thing and you've wasted a summer league roster spot on them. IMO.

So, we have 5 seconds to score. Let's give it to Kai and let him dribble at the 3pt line.

Lmaooo that was such a bailout foul. Pretty clear he wasn't gonna be able to make anything out of that
