What's to replace?

Lol a cardboard cut out would be more useful than Kai Jones

Exactly. Go ahead and divide by zero while they're at it.

Thinking Kai is legitimately looking at anyone like a fool is some top tier self hate

Kai is delusional and thinks he's the greatest player in the world. You don't think he's not sitting at home laughing at the fact that the Hornets don't have a center. I guarantee you that dude is. He's wired that way.

I am in no way advocating for wanting him on this roster or thinking he would have made an ounce of difference. I said from day one he was not an NBA player.

I just happened to see him on Instagram and he still posting a lot of Showboat stuff like him posing suits in front of his Lamborghini and s*** like that as if he's still making millions upon Millions and will return to the leak any moment to be mvp. I don't think he's sitting there with an ounce of remorse thinking damn I f***** up, I could be getting a ton of playing time if I didnt force my way off the team.

You know we are in rough times when people are talking about Kai.

The organization holds some responsibility for not finding a way to corral him and give him the help he needed. They made it public, probably gave him a warning or stern talking to about his social media posts and didn't address the fact that he was in a mental crisis. Not saying it's not Kai's fault, it most certainly is but it's sad and a shame that they didn't do more to preserve him as a player especially since he would've had a tremendous opportunity to play meaningful minutes this year.

I could care less about Kai, we took him as a flyer. We thought he had upside given his physical talents. When you take big swings, sometimes you are going to have big misses. He was never going to settle for being a 3rd center. He lacked maturity.

I have more of an issue that we didn't at least use a 2way contract on a third center to start the year. You get 18 roster spots and Mitch thought 2 centers was enough? That was the issue and by the time he decided he messed up all the good options were already signed.

If Mitch would have signed just 1 real backup point guard that would of helped. Instead we threw a bunch of roster spots at it with Theo, Ish, Frank, Nick Smith Jr, Bailey all to try and fill 1 spot. Theo and Ish should of never been on roster.

I mean yes, but I don't think he would be very good. Averaging 2.1 ppg, 2.2 rpg in 7.5 mpg in Spanish liga.

Realistically, I think the move is trade Richards at the deadline. Pickup a stretch 5 like Olynck and then bring over Nnaji as your 3rd center next year.

Bryce isn't even in the rotation now, I think he needs at least 1 more trade before he is getting that type of PT again.

Since the Terry trade represents capitulation I would start Nick Jr

LaMelo NSJ Brandon Miles PJ

You can't start a guy that is banned from the first quarter.
