Perry Jones might fall to us now with him being suspended the rest of the season...also kills Baylor's title hopes (if they had any)

If he is there at 8, or 9...would you take him?

I sure as hell would

Could we afford to? We already have a bunch of money invested in a further along Jones in Thomas. I think he'll be a beast, but depending on who else is there, we could afford to pass if someone better was there.

I think we should be targeting Terrence Jones or Alec Burks with our first pick, and JaJuan Johnson with our 2nd pick.

I like Barnes' game, think he will be a volume scorer and has pretty solid defense. Also think he'll be gone by the time our pick gets there.

I have to say I am in the Barnes camp. The guy has too much of everything not to like. Love the work ethic, size, handles, athletic ability and bball IQ along with regular IQ. The guy seems very mature. I think he is gonna be a bigtime player in the league.

I like Jones too, for alot of the same reason. Just like Barnes more.

Its Barnes or bust for me, I think a core of Hendo/Barnes at the wings would be very good for years to come, both players seem to have the work ethic to improve at a quick but drastic rate

If you did not see it yet, or even if you did here is Kemba Walker, as Charlie Sheen would say" Winning!" That step back cross over is strong as death!

If the bobcats really want to rebuild this team lets go ahead and throw SJax and Boris out of the picture. Here is what our lineup consists of now.
DJ/Livo
Hendo/Carroll
Cunningham
TT/White
Kwame/Diop

We really have no star, no bench, no certainties at all. I mean is DJ really starting point guard and has Hendo proven he can be a starter. Tyrus could possibly be the real deal at Power Forward. That leads me to our biggest problem this years draft class is not considered a stud class and it is loaded with PF a position where we have great depth.

Our biggest needs are SF and Center. I do not think there is a legit center in this years draft though. I think we should target a SF with our first pick. I do not want to end up with a tweener here which could very easily happen with Terrence Jones, Perry Jones and a ton more players.

I think this years draft class has great depth though. there are a ton of guys who could be considered lottery picks by some that end up in second round. If we could I would defiantly grab some second round picks in deals with Boris and S Jax.

I think if we can grab Barnes, either Jones, or Alec Burks with our first round pick that would be great. Then with our second first round pick grab either Jajuan Johnson or Keith Benson then with our second round pick grab Lacedarius Dunn.

Starters
Augustine, Hendo, Perry Jones, Tyrus Thomas, and Jajuan Johnson.

Livo, Dunn, Cunningham, White and Kwame as bench.

Our 1st and 2nd 1st round picks should be BPA IMO.

I want to take Renardo Sidney with our 2nd round pick though.

I think his skill set is something that would fit in well with our other pieces. If we took him in the 2nd round he would be high risk but high reward.

I also think that playing under Coach Silas and Oak would be the best possible situation for him. Two old school, throw back bigs who can keep him in line and get his head straight.

I know what you're saying, HIGH RISK, lazy, out of shape, poor work ethic, with Oakley here he could change that, but it would take a miracle for Oak to turn Sidney around into Zach Randolph, who had a similar rep coming out of Michigan State. In saying that, we should get him here in workouts and see what state of mind he's in and how fit or unfit he really is.

Watching Jordan Williams again - this time Vs NC State.

He's put up 16 and 10 with 4 mins still left in the game.

He's VERY Carlos Boozer like to me.

Once in a while I would be a homer wanting Veselý. Hit or miss whatever. The only thing I don't like about it is that his game may be too similar to Tyrus to work together properly.

Mark Jackson.

I was thinking more J.Kidd?

Maybe more J Kidd NOW. Cal Kidd was a great athlete and was capable of playing at the rim.

Saw Kemba Walker with that massive shake and bake move to put down Pitt yesterday. On ESPN Mock Lottery, that is who they have Charlotte taking #10. Not too bad, but I think I'd rather get my hands on Kanter to give us a nice young big man in the middle. But that move my Kemba Walker...terrific.
