Can I suggest adding another category? NBA/Prof Athlete's wife/girlfriend, there's some really good ones out there.

I think Fats took her as her WAG in the summer fun? She is eligible for Hispanic (despite being Brazilian). Otherwise you better be Brazilian.

As Hispanic? Would white be better? I'd really just like to encourage as much diversity in looks as possible, so I was hoping those 4 categories (white/black/asian/hispanic) would cover the continents and make sure anybody could be drafted.

Didn't know if she had a weird qualifier. So we're considering people from Spanish speaking countries (and Brazil) as hispanic? Asian= continental?

Yeah, my intention is for Asian to cover Arab, South Asian, and East Asian. Black covers African and African-American, Hispanic to do Latin America. I think it's just easier to throw Brazilians in with Hispanics even though they obviously aren't Spanish-speakers.

Well speaking of it, one from each continent would be a nice division too. There is always next time, we may expand for more categories then, whatever.

I will giggle at any Spanish beauty in white category. Never understood why Hispanic is a stand alone race in US point of view. (well I could imagine why, but for us Europeans it is still bizarre).

No big deal in this fun draft of course.

Funny is that chikipeadia has White, Latino, Asian, Black, Mixed and Other.

Yea, that comes up a lot on the gb when someone calls Manu or Scola or whoever a Euro. Continents isn't a bad idea at all, but it could lead to a return of the "parade of white women" like last year.

There were quite a few 5'11 girls last year that I kept finding. 6' was really challenging. chickipedia makes it pretty easy.

Tall is no problem category, well, it requires a research if original choice would be picked but to me it is obvious where to look for those. To me small category is much harder (or maybe I chould check other sources than chickipedia to find out some 5'2" are actually 5'1"). I guess anything under 5'1" and a half is a fair game, right?

Well races, I have done some research to prevent reaches in those categories but I may still hold chickipedia categories for claiming eligibility in one category.

EDIT: I made notes 5'1'' - and 5'11''+ just to fool myself

It says 5'2" or shorter, doc.

Continents would entail expanding the draft another 2 categories, and in a way that would over-represent white people (North America, Europe, and Australia are all most likely to be filled with whites). Races are made-up categories anyway, I just wanted to make sure there was some variety and those 4 groups I think will ensure that.

Agreed, indispensable.

At the moment it's the following volunteers:
1) Paydro (Perth Amboy/Poughkeepsie, Ireland/Italy)
2) Walt (Raleigh, Netherlands/England)
3) Fats (Charlotte, France/Ireland)
4) Slam (Melbourne, England)
5) Battery (??)
6) Fred (Bremen, Russia/Netherlands)
7) Doc.end (Prague, Czech/Austria)
8) Ball Teacher (Las Vegas, uhh... Africa? and Louisiana)
9) hhvo (Greensboro, Vietnam)

So we're still short one volunteer? How is that possible? Where is Thruthefire when you need him? Wtf is SWEDD up to? This is the Cathouse draft dammit!

BTW Battery, let us know your hometown and country of ancestry.
