Yeah, I probably would.

Kemba
Maggette/Reggie
Derrick Williams
Anthony Davis
Bismack Biyombo

Would be some growing pains but would help with the youth movement and fill some seats b/c Derrick can get UP.

How's Henderson coming along this season?

Kind of what everyone expected. Solid defender, and a fantastic mid range game while averaging 15 ppg. Also a fairly good rebounder for his position. I kind of sound like a broken record though when I say that I wish he would develop a consistent shot from three point range, but hopefully that will come next year. He has showed this year that he can get to the foul line at a fairly good rate. Hes going to be a solid starter for us for a while.

i think that his injury this summer really prevented him from making much progress between last year and this year. i am hoping that an injury free summer will equate to hendo coming into camp next year with improved handles and improved range.

i think he also needs to start being more assertive on the offensive end.

I wish we could combine Hendo and Maggette.
Humble yourself.

Do you think he read your last comment before the game last night?

if he did, kudos to me, right? last night is exactly how i want to see hendo playing. aggressive, demanding the ball, looking for his offense first, drilling that mid-range game and attacking the rim when presented with the slightest opening.

too bad he can't play against ellis 82 times a year. he really would be kobe jr.

I think he was on the verge of being better than what everyone expected prior to him getting injured off that flagrant foul. At that point, he was averaging about 16 PPG and on the upward trend. Then he missed a few games, came back and then injured his hamstring (which I presume to be a result of not playing for a while), and his numbers took a big hit. He seems to be getting it together now...20+ PPG over the past few games.

I agree that's he needs a full off season to improve (especially his handle and creating for himself), but if he can keep that deadly mid range game consistent and be more assertive, I think he can be a much better player. It must suck playing for the Bobcats though (and having a super efficient game while playing great defense on the teams best player and then still get blown out).

As bad as this sounds, as Hendo goes so do the Bobcats. He needs to be our volume shooter and pray he makes a good portion of them for us to have any chance to win a game this year.

Rick Bonnell ‏ @rick_bonnell

Maggette says Henderson will be an All-Star. So I asked Henderson if he thinks about that: "All the time. I feel like I have that ability.''

I don't disagree, a healthy off season for once would go a long way I think.

Hopefully he can develop his shot this offseason. If nothing else, he's got to do that.

I think he needs to work more on his handles and creating for himself. Often it looks very shaky. But yeah, outside shot (i.e. 3-pointer) definitely needs some work as well.
