I was born in 1990 so most of the early year LJ/Zo stuff was pre-my ability to understand what was going on, but I remember Glen Rice's time here as some of my earliest NBA memories.

And it was awesome. They probably don't deserve it as far as history is concerned, but I have guys like Rice, Eddie Jones, Muggsy, and Dell as some of my favorite/best players ever.

OT alert: I was at Carolina Place one weekend way back when and was in Champs Sports when my mom whispers in my ear, "Hey that's Dell Curry over there". I go sprinting out the store with the first thing I could grab (a huge plain white t shirt), alarms going off and everything, so I could catch up to him for an autograph. Still have that shirt.

Kemba's been pretty goddamn awesome this season, but I've got Gerald Wallace's 09/10 season edging him out.

18.2 pts, 10 rebs, 1.5 stls, 1.1 blks, 48% from the field, 37% from three, played in 76 games that season and finished third in Defensive Player of the Year voting.

Kemba could certainly pass him though depending on what happens ROS and in the playoffs and I could definitely see Kemba coming up big in the postseason.

Top 5 is good. Other than #7 the rest just feel like randomly picked plays from an average LJ game.

Play #2 remains one of my favorite plays/games I've been to all time. The Bulls lost HCA to the Knicks with that loss.

My top 10 Hornets in terms of peak with us. It would be tough to do one based on total tenure in Charlotte, but guys like Curry and David Wesley would be a lot higher. :

1. Larry Johnson
2. Zo
3. Glen Rice
4. Baron Davis
5. Jamal Mashburn
6. Eddie Jones
7. Anthony Mason
8. Gerald Wallace
9. Kemba Walker
10. Vlade Divac

In terms of my all-time favorite Hornets it's definitely

1. Eddie Robinson
2. Glen Rice
3. Baron Davis

HS freshman me lived for the Baron David/Eddie Robinson bench brigade (radio broadcast nicknamed them "High Voltage")
