So, just wondering, have you ever contacted the Charlotte Observer about using your videos and analysis?

Also, I noticed their journalists all list themselves on a site for journalists called Muck Rack. Have you heard of it? It allows you to post a portfolio of work for media outlets and other journalists to view. There is an expensive Pro subscription of course that would be overkill but also looks like there is a free profile available that you could start with. Check it out here:

Wow, man, thanks for all the research you did.

Just so you know, most of the videos in this thread that are simple game highlights of a particular Bobcat scoring 20+ points aren't mine. I don't have the free time for that this season and we aren't as bad as we used to be, thus other uploaders aren't forgetting about us.

No, I haven't done it. However, I definitely have daydreamed about how it would be to seriously write about the Bobcats. I've pondered about sending them some of the longer posts that have video evidence which I do on here but it always has felt weird for me to share a post from a message board, and besides at heart I'm a modest Latvian.

As for Muck Rack, it's the first time I've heard of it. The thing is the only stuff I have written professionally (not for random blogs and such) is in Latvian so I wouldn't really have anything to post on a portfolio of mine.
