I don't get why Josh Green is playing more than Cody Martin right now. I thought Cody looked terrific out there. Josh had a good game too, but Cody seems to be both the better defender and bigger difference maker to my eyes.

Also thought NSJ earned more PT this game, he looked really solid on both ends. Tough lineup he got stuck in with Seth, Simpson, and Taj.

At this point with the injuries it is what it is.

when we get the starters back I think we will be pretty happy with our depth, just need them to more consistent. TJ starting to look like a good pick but he raw. Will need a couple of years to figure everything out

Watching live I was appalled at some of the calls, especially during the 3rd quarter. Maybe they looked better on TV but at the arena it just looked like the Knicks being propped up.

Great effort though with an undermanned roster. Simpson seemed to finally settle down and just make the plays that were there with his effort. NSJ looked nice too in his limited role.

I wonder what it's like to play a stretch of games with your preferred starting five healthy. How many years do you think you would have to go back to find a stretch where the Hornets played 10 straight games with their preferred starting five at the time?

Not really, but it feels like it sometimes. Maybe at some point in 2021-2022? Gordo may have prevented it that year too though.

Cody helps the bench mob more with his ball handling and passing.
