EDIT: And sweet sequence by NSJ - he's looked good.

Miles has been a totally different player lately, I think it’s a huge part of the recent run of improved team play.

NSJ has been a very pleasant surprise as a starter.

I love Brandon but with NSJ's play can't say we've missed much. Says more about NSJ than Miller.

Seems like a pretty clear foul, but we will see…

So a young team with a rookie coach has won 3 in a row and 4 of the last 5.

What should we complain about?

We only won by 5. Should've been 6 but slacker Melo failed us.

Eric referencing Glengarry Glen Ross wasn’t on my bingo card.

Now thinking back to that little nugget the Hornets are listening on Nick Smith Jr., kind of gives me the creeps. Someone out there was lurking and stalking and we were/are fielding bids.

Now he's holding his own as a starter. With today's 5-8 from the three-point line, I'm thinking he's back up over 40% on the year and for his career. And he's a secondary playmaker on a team with exactly 1 other active ballhandler I would consider a playmaker. The other one (Mann) is injured.

Lee correctly identified the need for offense and secondary playmaking with the starters. LaMelo is doing more as a playmaker and now finally playing off more space as a shooter as NSJ runs around forcing the defense to chase. He's giving them tired legs, and that doesn't show up in the box score. More of LaMelo's threes come now when he has time to set his feet.

And Miles has been shooting better, and finding lanes to the rim to break down the defense.

What was this nugget that gave you the creeps?
