2.It would take hundreds of games to complete this draft since a team has to play 13 others at home and away.

1. You have no idea what you're talking about.

2. Simulations take less than 5 seconds.

Alright guys, crisis averted.

I thought for a while Jaruff thought that

Code: Select all

Fooled the Scouts - player was selected in the 2nd round in 2006 or earlier
means earlier than second round. Or he found out he is a lefty somewhere.

Montijunas, who is compared to him, is lefty. So a google search will make it look like Bargs is lefty (but he isn't).

So when you google things you actually don't click on links and do research from snippets? I pity you then.

Stun did a good job damaging that First/Last category by picking Tyrus. I'm glad our team is not yet to pick that one.

No, I'm saying that someone else might have made that mistake. I said earlier I just watched some tape to see how he shoots.

Bust- Taj Gibson

This gives me a pretty nice big man rotation between Lopez, McGee, and Gibson. Heck maybe I could have a small lineup where Melo plays some at the 4 spot.

I was hoping to steal Taj in the next two rounds.

Yeah I was thinking about it too. He isn't particularly good, but RGM likes him a lot so I figure it'd pull.

Taj is one of the best bench big men in the league. He filled in great for Boozer while he was out and many Bulls fans actually prefer him over Boozer. He is a dominating force in the paint on offense and defense for only being a power foward. He would easily start on half the teams in the league.

Now I don't know about all of that lol. He's a solid role playing big who provides steady, reliable production but he's certainly not a "dominating force" on either side of the floor. I can also count at least 18 or so teams where he wouldn't be a starter.

Not trying to be an ass, but let's temper our praise a bit. He was picked this low for a reason

Taj is a good pick. I knew about him but our team didn't have a positional need at PF. I aim for someone else for Bust category with some plan B scenarios, we'll see.

I am just saying he could start for nearly half the teams in the league which I think would make him a 12 and 9 guy I think which is no slouch also he blocks a lot of shots and is an excellent offensive rebounder. I am just saying I think he is a good first big man off my bench, I am not saying he is a future multi allstar or anything, but a nice piece to add to my team.

Well he shoots 60+ within 3 feet. He just doesn't shoot in there enough because he doesn't have the post moves or the height to score easily in the paint aside from layups and stuff.

He shoots 63.2% at the rim, which is below the league average for PFs (65%), and as you note is helpless anywhere else on the floor. He's a quality defender and a decent rebounder, a good guy to have on your team, and I guess he still has some potential since he's 25. I just thought the offensive stuff was a bad exaggeration.
