Terrible landing spot for Haliburton.
My picks:
2020 Draft (3rd pick) - Tyrese Haliburton, Devin Vassell, or Onyeka Okongwu
2021 Draft (11th pick) - Moses Moody

Lookin like the trade with Boston for 14 and 26 and 30 for our 3 would have been great because it looks like either Bey or Terry will be there at 14

New Orleans is trying to trade this pick, but now that we have a guard we don't need Maxey or Terry, and I wouldn't trade draft capital for Bey

Lamelo isn't a bad pick. We may not win a lot of games but that could be a good thing. Imagine Lamelo with the #1 in 2021 or 2022. We've got our Jason Kidd, now just have to find the shooters.
The Charlotte Hornets will win their first round series against the Boston Celtics in the 2021 Playoffs

Yeah, I'm not sure I should be excited that our 3 pick won't help us win games this year, yet here we are. Definitely won't hurt our pick next season.

if we get Saddiq Bey at 32 and Isaiah Joe at 56. I will be happier than the blonde next to Haliburton

Checking in!

Honestly thrilled we got Lamelo and didn't trade up to get him. Once Wiseman was off the board I was relieved it was going to be either Ball or Okongwu.

If we get Xavier Tillman at 32 then we've won the draft and I can sleep happy until the start of the season.

Has everyone else spent the last 45mins scouring the interwebs for the draft profiles of the best shooting/scoring SG's with good size in the 2021 draft class as well?

surely though drafting Lamelo rules out trading for Westbrook doesn't it?

Wouldn't mind a Westbrook/Graham/Ball/Monk/Rozier starting five for the memes
investigate Adam Silver

There are two really good ones that I know off the top of my head - BJ Boston and Jalen Green. The latter has been compared a lot to Kobe.

even though I was originally anti ball, I would agree with this.

a high ceilinged guard and a decent floor centre would be great
