I rely on the Braves being consistently good and follow the Hurricanes from afar.

May start following Charlotte FC if they get good eventually.

Decided two seasons ago to become an Everton supporter. I'm the curse.

I try to get into Canes during the regular season but its a struggle.

Playoff hockey however is insane.

Panthers are insufferable. I can't believe we used all our draft capital to draft a qb to throw screens and geg sacked. Literally 50 qbs could do that. Then signed the most average rb ever in sanders. And wtf is going on with playcalling? These coaches are so boring. Feels like every major decision made in off-season was bad. Awful receivers. Awful oline. awful rbs. Just awful.

One way or another that trade is going to determine the Panthers future for the next decade.

Is this the lowest moment in Charlotte sports history?

Both Hornets and Panthers projected to be worst teams in their respective leagues

Both teams have old white guy coaches that have been fired multiple times and don't relate to players, yet our teams just hired them and don't have a clue

Both teams have the lowest assets in their respective leagues

The Panthers future couldn't be bleaker, the Hornets are lightyears away from title contention

Both have very bad/questionable ownership

Both have very bad front offices with disaster offseasons, signings and trades

Reich is the worst coach the Panthers have ever had. I would honestly welcome Rhule back.

Tepper can fix this by firing Reich tomorrow, promoting Evero who should have been the coach, and let Brown call plays

A little excessive, IMO

The Hornets should pretty easily break their projections as long as they're healthy.

But the Panthers are screwed if Young isn't at least pro-bowl level.

We might've traded the Caleb Williams + DJ + other stuff for Young.

That's an all-time stinker.

I liked Reich hiring, but so far we're worse across the board than last year. The thing to do is hire a young offensive minded coach like McDaniels or McVay. Not retreads. These guys all got fired for a reason.

The near playoff run last year made us think the team is much better than they actually are.

Tepper is basically MJ that is willing to spend. No patience or culture building. Same thing with Charlotte FC.

Not Charlotte related, but I feel like the Braves are going to choke in the playoffs again too. That looming 2nd round matchup vs the Phillies is terrifying.

The pitching has been trashcan bad for a month. If we don't score 5+ runs, we probably aren't winning.

Go and take a deep breath mate. Things aren't quite as bad as you are thinking right now.

Really? It can be worse??? lol

Give me some reasons for optimism for both teams? Besides the Hornets still have their pick.

Because Young looks an awful lot like Sam Darnold, he is hesitating and not playing instinctively like CJ Stroud is

I really think Reich is the worst coach we've ever had, worse than Rhule (and I didn't know how that was possible). And its only been 4 games! Tepper needs to fire him quickly and promote Evero, and let Brown call the plays. I mean you have players already turning on him and Burns liking an instagram post saying the players can't stand him

The Hornets have LaMelo, Mark and Miller, they are all going to be very good players. If Miles or PJ have good years we'll be laughing.

I'm no NFL expert but it seems silly to judge a rookie QB off of 3 games played! I did see no interceptions and plenty of completions on the box score. A fumble too apparently lol.

people forget how good the Hornets were looking before Miles went psycho. They beat some good teams and looked really exciting.
I'm excited to add Williams and Miller to that team.

So DJ Moore just had 230 yards + 3 TD's to make the Panthers the only winless team in the league.

#1 pick, here we come!

Oh....nevermind.

Should go ahead and fire everyone and trade whoever is left for some draft picks. We can't afford to go into next year without some solid draft picks.

Imagine trading cmc who is all world, dj moore, and the number 1 pick in next years draft all within a 9 month span. Just wild.

The team has been bleeding offensive talent for years. We don't have a single above average WR besides Thelin who is old. Hurst is a solid TE, I think. And Sanders (assuming his Philly years weren't fools gold) is a solid RB.

Besides those 3 we have no weapons to speak of.

The OL has regressed too.

The only reason Bryce gets a pass is because this team has less offensive talent than Alabama does, and I'm not even joking.

But I'm not going to lie, seeing Stroud put up 300 yards with a team that literally won twice last year has me feeling salty.

Everyone on the team, minus Bryce, should be on the trade block. That includes Burns, Thompson and Horn (can't believe he is injured...again).

Reich should be canned too, supposedly the players already don't like him.

There is no advantage at all to being the #1 seed in the MLB. Long break getting players out of routine and makes them rusty, somehow get the better of the wildcard teams too.
