MCW's season might be over. Time to see what Monk can do .

Now I hope we really go on a crazy unexpected run to make the playoffs just to smack Clifford in the face lol.
But being truthfully honest to myself I doubt Monk sees more than 5-10 minutes per game on the floor. Clifford will just play Kemba 40 minutes and give Treveon more minutes where he’d normally play MCW next to Kemba.

I thought of the playing Kemba 40 minutes thing right after I posted that tweet.

I didn't even think of the Cliff's boy Graham scenario but we all know it's a strong possibility!

Graham is another guy who will sign a one-year deal once his time is up here and be out of the league when that ends.

I like Graham as a 3rd string wing for end of the bench depth because he plays hard and stays ready but he has no business being in our every game rotation when we already don’t give Lamb and MKG enough minutes.

Re: Hornets sign MCW
I don't ever mean to wish injury upon anyone but....... good riddance. He's easily one of the worst players I've watched in a Charlotte uniform since I became a fan in 08 (and that's saying A LOT). I'm not mad at the initial signing of him since it was a very low risk move, but I didn't imagine the possibility of him being this bad.
I really hope Monk can grow in these last games and prove that Clifford should have been playing him over MCW this whole time

Or even just playing MCW and Monk together. I think we all thought that was why they brought MCW in at first.
My picks:
2020 Draft (3rd pick) - Tyrese Haliburton, Devin Vassell, or Onyeka Okongwu
2021 Draft (11th pick) - Moses Moody

Re: Hornets sign MCW
I find it completely disrespectful that none of our mods ever named MCW’s thread or put him in the Hornets Board - Index of Threads. Even Elliot Williams name is listed in there but no MCW. Disrespectful.

Re: Hornets sign MCW
Any thread title of MCW’s has to have Clifford’s ode of him being a “E L I T E” defender attached to it. Reminds me of when Clifford used to start PJ Hairston for “defensive reasons” despite him being the worst defender on the team so we coined his thread as such.
