seriously, i am not surprised by this type of performance at all...lamb can really score, he had stretches like this in OKC, average over 20 points/game for a few... for him, the question is how he can maintain this level, the first is he needs to improve his defense to stay on the court ...hopefully he will get there soon...
i like Lamb's postgame interview...he was crediting teammates to get him going, he said all teammates were happy about his contract, and they are rooting for each other, playing for each other...got to love this type of locker room
Hi Clutchie, I love you... :kiss

Too early for me to do told ya so to the people that kept saying "Lamb just isn't that good" on why he didn't get playing time in OKC. Way too early for that but I hope I can say it by the end of the season. Too bad my ninja MKG had to go down to allow this since Cliff is a idiot that'll prolly continue starting Hairston over Lamb until whenever but this was a necessary evil, very f**king evil smh.

What a game from Jeremy Lamb tonight. One big weakness of his, though. Getting around screens defensively. Gets blown up every time.

Jeremy Lamb has an unlimited ceiling offensively, but it's time to get on a serious weight program and evolve on the other end.

Good points.

as someone who has followed lamb his whole career, in his defense he really has improved a lot. but the getting around screens is def a valid point. also staying attached to shooters. but his on ball defense & also is defensive awareness has gotten much better, he's bulked up a lot since he got in the league, & he's great in passing lanes.

Jeremy lamb doesn't need to be 'on a serious weight program', what a bizarre observation. His build is lanky and he has actually put on quite a bit of muscle since his rookie year. Also if lamb gets blown up on screens 'every time' he wouldn't be allowed on the floor, his problem is staying engaged on defense. some times he relaxes and ends up being a useless team defender. Sure he doesn't guard pnr's like walker, but he is 6'6, not a lot of 6'6 guys operate as elite pnr defenders. especially 23 year olds. You want poor defense take a look at tony snell.

Question: why is everyone so eager for him to start over PJ? I kind of like him carrying the second unit. I feel like he can get more looks on the second unit since he won't be on the floor with Al Jeff as much. I like him as the catalyst of the second unit for now.

I can only speak for myself, but I want him to start because I believe he has Bradley beal, best player on this team potential. I'm probably in the minority on that but I really think with more minutes & experience he could become the alpha dog offensively for this team.

As long as Lamb is playing more than PJ, I'm happy

Lamb might be our leading scorer if he played starter minutes. How nucking futs would that be?
