very true there are plenty of players that are good athletes and aren't good defenders...such as Blake Griffin and Harden

Bill Simmons is a keyboard warrior. I would love to see him say that to Bennetts face.

you can say that about any analyst. Simmons covers the league. If Bennett is out of shape, he can address that issue.

Draymond Green recently called Simmons out, by the way:

Is @billsimmons the guy who said l can't shoot? Then in the playoffs was tweeting a lot of love?Clown probably never touched a basketball lol

It will be sad if Bennett turns out to be a fat lazy bastard like Tractor Traylor was.

Let's see:
Jazz____2011-12 Cats
Kanter>Biz
Favors>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Mullens/Thomas/Doris
Hayward>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Maggette/UPS
Burks<Hendo
Burke>Rookie Kemba
Jazz bench<Cats bench

I see the Jazz winning about 15 games unless they raffle Hayward off

I was asking myself this very same question earlier today. It would appear that this year's Jazz team has a lot more talent than the lockout season Bobcats, but I want to say that they look worst based on early results. That lockout season Bobcats were kind of competitive within the 1st month of that season as this year's Jazz team seem to get trounced every night

Neat indeed. Those could probably be the two smartest front offices in the league. Great player development as well.

Somebody should make a list of the teams with the most lottery picks. I'm pretty sure those teams are near the bottom of the standings. Off the top of my head, the Wizards & Kings come to mind. I have never been one to advocate tanking to get a better team. Winning should always be the primary goal

Bwahahaha no. That's the worst anti-tank argument. If Charlotte regularly got picks in that range we'd be playing in Seattle already.

Cleveland is already begging Lebron to come back with a "Come Home Lebron: rally.

Thank god we're not the Cavs. They've lucked out in the last few drafts (four top 4 picks, two number 1 picks) and yet they only have Kyrie Irving to show for it. Thompson isn't looking like a number 4 pick, neither is Waiters, and Bennett looks like a huge bust. Emphasis on the word "huge". They look like total garbage under Mike Brown and they've even managed to bring down Kyrie to only looking solid rather than elite so far this season. Their Bynum signing looks like a complete waste of cash as well. Now Cleveland is like that desperate ex-girlfriend you broke up with three years ago who hasn't found anyone since and keeps on texting you and asking if you want to grab coffee and go to a movie.

tl;dr LEBRON AIN'T COMIN BACK

@EyeOnBasketball: Lakers sign Kobe Bryant to two-year contract extension. http://t.co/svHSihDxEo

I would have guessed about 15 million per year. Way off!

Stupid move by the Lakers and Kobe. I know you got alimony, but is your net worth of 200+ million not enough to take a pay cut? That's like trying to rebuild a team with two Ben Gordon contracts already on the books. Good luck gettin that sixth ring you proud bastard.
