He's gonna be a star.

He’s producing some strong numbers very early. I like Akon but was disappointed they didn’t take Ace or Tre. Ace is so young, but gifted with good size. I know Jeffie and Charlie fell in love with Kon’s maturity and competitiveness. Maybe it was a choice to not potentially duplicate Miller, but those decisions sometimes backfire.

Kon is that quality serviceable player you take mid to late lottery, who’s going to give you decent production for many years. Ace is the guy who had all the potential to be a star but was a bit immature and untested against high level competition. On a team over-filled with immaturity it forced a decision that may once again haunt this club.

Kon will be solid.

But Ace was clearly the better prospect. We chose Culture/Leadership over the best prospect on the board. While that would be fine with most teams not so much for us.

LaMelo our best player is so unserious.
Miles Bridges has his own demons off the court.

If you building for culture I would think it would make more sense for your best players to fit that mold. Charlotte still doesn't have serious people in the organization. It is what it is.

He's young he should be playing as many minutes as possible. This isn't a 41 yr old LeBron.
