"charlotte hornets mascot, running on a treadmill in the center of a basketball court, other charlotte hornets basketball players are watching him with sad looks on their faces, the crowd is full of people playing on their phones and eating bojangles chicken"

There were a few contenders here, but the dude looking up chicken on his phone got me lol
Fun fact (not really): There are no bojangles restaurants near me, so whenever I fly through Atlanta or Charlotte, or visit our family back in SC, I always make a point to stop for some Bojangles.

draw a picture of an unfit, middle aged charlotte hornets fan sitting on a couch, wearing an old charlotte hornets jersey with 1 wrist strapped up and angrily gesturing to a tv showing a charlotte hornets basketball match
this match any of you guys??
I miss Slam
tall middle-aged Charlotte Bobcats fan sitting on a couch, wearing an old Charlotte Bobcats jersey drinking an Australian beer and drunkenly gesturing to a TV showing a basketball match
it really struggled with Bobcats singlet

Re: Offseason Thread
Our top 9 rotation of LaMelo, Hayward, Bridges, Washington, Williams, Rozier, Miller, Martin, and Richards is the most well balanced and talented rotation we've had in a long time. If they stay healthy a good coach would get 45 to 50 wins out of that group.
Unfortunately, I think Clifford is the weak link. He means well and teaches good fundamental basketball, but as an in-game tactician he is woefully unsuited for the task.
If we had someone as talented as Spoelstra coaching the team I have little doubt we would break the 50 win threshold.

@diop, you calling it a "basketball match" is hilarious

Surprising nobody.
Only question is who does Miles replace when his suspension is over.

Hayward should be injured by then, so no stress

Idk I think it's possible it stays the same. Miles did mention during media day that he's not concerned about starting, so maybe he already knows he won't be, at least at first when he comes back from suspension.

Re: Offseason Thread
we have two glaring holes to plug
1) another center, ideally a vet or one who can shoot, or both, to provide some variety
2) a legit backup point guard
hopefully a quality vets shakes loose during cut downs, otherwise its bottom feeding free agents or trades

I can't believe you're glossing over the lack of shooting

Hayward and Ball playing more (freeing up Terry for better looks) and Brandon Miller address our shooting issues IMO. Miles also has a chance to show his 40% 3pt season wasn't a fluke. If Miles is a scoring threat and can even shoot around 35% from 3 we are good with shooting.
I'd also like to see a Kelly Olynyk type backup 5 for more shooting as mentioned by Fatlever.
