Philadelphia (reportedly) wanted Zeller instead of Noel when they traded up to 6. Had we have traded down, Zeller would've been gone.

No way on God's green Earth would the Sixers have traded Jrue Holiday for Cody Zeller even with the future 1st rounder attached. Zeller was going to fall to the Sixers at 9th overall, and when they seen the Bobcats pass on Noel, they jumped

awfully finite statement there, where'd you buy your crystal ball?

I'm a Sixers fan. We didn't want Zeller that bad. We would've been happy with Olynyk before we would've traded Jrue for Zeller

It wasn't Jrue for Zeller so please stop being dishonest.

Jrue for Zeller, MCW (they must've liked him a lot), and a very lightly protected 2014 pick. That seems like a pretty damn good haul to me.

MCW was not a part of the deal. We took him with our own pick. Noel's possible impact was worth trading a all-star in Jrue, Zeller not so much. The 1st rounder was just the cherry on top

Let's recall JMAC's top secret spy board:

1. Bennett
2. Len
3. Oladipo
4. McLemore
5. McCollum
6. Noel
7. Zeller
8. Porter
9. KCP
10. Shabazz
It has been written...

No **** it was their own pick. He was picked because Jrue was traded, so you have to imagine they're confident he can replace him.

Of course Zeller > Olynyk. I never stated that he wasn't. I just said that we wouldn't have pulled the trigger of trading our all-star PG in Jrue for Zeller & a future 1st. Noel was more worth the risk

I never stated that Harden would be a flop in Houston. I just said that I doubt that he's worth a max contract. Get your facts right. Go look for it

Plus saying "White" Tim Duncan is like saying "White" Mitt Romney

Good pick up for the Bulls in Tony Snell. He's supposed to be a similar prospect to his buddy Kawhi Leonard, and under Thibs' tutelage I think he could reach his potential early on the same way Jimmy Butler is
