Lamarcus Aldridge. Biz would be the perfect compliment. LMA isn't a terrific rebounder or shotblocker, incidentally, Bismack's strong points.

Love next to Biyombo and MKG would be insane.

Re: Free Agent Bigs?
anyone on fats' list next to Biz, MKG, and Kemba would be insane. I'd like to point out Demarcus Cousins in particular. If it gets to the point where SAC raffles him off, we have got to at least try to get him.

Re: Free Agent Bigs?
i wasnt sure whether or not to include howard on my list. i thought he might be too easy of a pick. howard is the most valuable of those guys and the only one who is arguably a top 5 player. that being said, there are guys on that list who are much better fits for our roster. love and aldridge were two that came to mind as being perfect fits next to kemba, MKG and biz (as others pointed out). we would need to completely re-do the roster to fit around dwight since biz and MKG would not be ideal next to howard.
oh well, its fun to dream.

Monroe. Definitely. Would be a great fit next to Biz plus goes along with our youth movement.

Re: Free Agent Bigs?
I'm going to go with Monroe, I think he would fit nicely.
I wouldn't bother with the vets, doesn't really fit the plan.

...but if I had a close second, it would be Serge Ibaka

if you could add one big man from the list below to the bobcats starting in 2013 on a 4 year deal, which player would you add and why? which player would be the best fit for our current roster. lets assume this big man is the only big free agent we are going to sign so the player has to fit with the core of - kemba, MKG, taylor and biz, mully, hendo, sessions, haywood, gordon, tyrus and our rookie for 2013
kevin love
lamarcus aldridge
blake griffin
dwight howard
josh smith
al horford
roy hibbert
david lee
demarcus cousins
marc gasol
andrew bynum
al jefferson
Our roster isn't good enough to dictate what sort of big we should bring in. We should bring in the best player available and make our roster fit him - not the other way around.
That said, if the line up was: Kemba - Hendo - MKG - Biz - ?
then I think I would add Gasol. He has legit size, is consistent, can score in the post, has a mid range J, can board, block, pass, is fairly young and has a high BBIQ.

Re: Free Agent Bigs?
List 1 is the toughest.
4th Cousins would be scary next to Bismack, but I'm scared of his budding insanity
3rd Love is a great talent and a great fit, but I'm scared that he can't be the best player on a contender.
2nd Dwight is definitely the best big man in the world, but I just don't like him
1st Marc Gasol is who I go with. Has the offensive repertoire to be a featured scorer and doesn't let you down on defense. Seems to be a great team guy and a good guy off the court as well.
List 2 is fun due to all of the possibilities.
4th Millsap
3rd Noah
2nd Pekovic
1st Monroe
List 3 is where the meh starts
4th Kanter
3rd Vucevic
2nd Drummond
1st Valanciunas

if i put him on a list it would have to be the 1st one.
1st one i considered to be all-stars and/or franchise players
2nd one i considered to be great starters borderline all-stars
3rd one is of course young guys who have yet to establish themselves as anything more than role players with potential

3rd list I'd definitely go with Val. His height and offense would complement Biz well. Legit C.

Greg Monroe. None of the others are as offensively talented except anderson and he's not as good of a prospect long term.

Drummond or Kanter easy. I'd have to see them both in a workout to decide, it's a tough decision. Drummond is younger but also dumb.

not really a big man to replace mullens, but perhaps time to give CDR a look?
