He had a pretty poor game and his game management and shot selection sucked tonight but Ball got his third triple double.

Rozier, Oubre and Plumlee played awful. Rozier and Oubre had more shots than points and Plumlee got wrecked. Any team that has a good, physical center we struggle against.

We took 20 more shots than them. 20! and still lost by 10.

This team has got to get better at free throws. Feels like we are consistently missing 6-10 free throws a game.

Just checked - 73.1 percent on the season. That is horrible for a team with a bunch of shooters on it.

Again, we needed to start and play both Plumlee and Richards during this game. Full time small ball will almost never work against a team like the Hawks. Our big men aren’t great, but they’re still big…and we needed two for tonight.

Plumlee drags that average way down.

Of the players who shoot at least 2 per game, he's the only one shooting less than 76%. He's at...32%.

Miles has regressed from the line too, he's the one at 76%. After shooting nearly 90% last season.

Gotta laugh at the Hawks of all fanbases chanting overrated. For one, who has ever rated us as anything. Secondly, you're the Hawks. Lmao

Yeah…”overrated” teams don’t beat the Nets, Warriors, and Wizards to start the season. We’re just a Demarcus Cousins (with his injured self) and PJ Tucker (at his age) away from the finals.

Thought the "overrated" chants were aimed at LaMelo in particular. Not exactly his best work tonight.

Seriously.

He only kinda fell into my last Hammer - because there was no one really else to go with.

I didn’t like his game tonight at all. Seems really disinterested for most of it - which thankfully is very unlike him.

Maybe Dad grounded him after last nights game and he’s got the sulks.

One of these things is not like the others,
One of these things just doesn't belong,
Can you tell which thing is not like the others
By the time I finish my song?

They're jealous he's getting more attention than Young.

Did Atlanta fans really cheer overrated? Lol sub 500 team after last seasons success. Very weird.

I really want a center like Capela to be in our team. Not someone like softass Plumlee. Set a good screen, roll hard to the basket, protect the rim, get rebounds like a machine.

Yeah, it’s a total mystery why we didn’t go after any of the bigs with our cap space or trade. We’ll never know. Let’s not speculate either.

Myles Turner isn't the answer either.

But I can assure you playing poor Miles Bridges at the 5 isn't the answer either. Keep that up and we'll run his ass into the ground.

Team shot 25% from 3
esp Oubre 0-7 Rozier 1-5
Have gotta figure out how to shoot on the road

I couldn't tell what they were chanting, but that makes sense now. They can keep their balding flopper, his Hawks tenure has already peaked 8-)

In all seriousness though neither Trae nor Melo played up to their potential yesterday.

I wince everything someone passes to a guarded Oubre at the 3pt line. That shot is going up no matter what. In his mind he thinks he is klay thompson taking practice 3s with nobody else around.
