My like Gana pick, 88-89 Ken Norman, who averaged 18/8.3/3.5 that season

had a magnificant .457% from the FT line in 1995 while playing 74 games

I loved watching Van Exel when he was playing in the finals with Dallas and Dirk got injured. He was playing out of skin.

Re: Scavenger Hunt Draft - Swedd's pick (slam skipped x 2)
My next pick was at one point hyped as the "Next Jordan".
They both played at UNC, both had similar builds, similar athleticism, and were both picked 3rd overall. Now while that's not fair to either player, this guy was one heck of a ball player in his prime years.
Fitting in nicely with his ability to mesh seamlessly into my uptempo style, he'll have plenty of opportunity in that 3rd unit to be the main scorer that can pour it in from just about anywhere. Was he an inefficient chucker? You bet your ass. But that'll be mitigated as he's going to be a third stringer and will only be asked to chuck up shots in the few minutes he gets on a nightly basis. Besides, having a 30ppg guy on the end of the bench is an asset no matter how you slice it.
Jerry Stackhouse, my chucker, had his best individual year in 2000-01:
30 points
4 rebounds
5 assists
1 steal
and this gem

nice find swedd. i really didnt realize stack was THAT bad of a chucker. but honestly, he may take the modern day 2nd prize for worst chucking season, behind iverson. stack averaged 29.8ppg on 0.402 from the field. that is an astounding level of chuckery.

yeah he's definitely pretty high on the chucker list, but I don't think that'll hurt me too badly in the few minutes he's going to get and you'd be hard pressed to find a better scorer as a 13th man

I looked at Stack in the 2nd round but his mad chucking put me off, handy player to have on the end of the bench though.

George Gervin top scored every year for San Antonio except for 1984-85 where he was outscored by my RIP pick Mike Mitchell.
1980-81 Mike Mitchell,
24.5pts, 7.1 rebs, 1.8 assts.

Re: Scavenger Hunt Draft - Fat's pick
every great championship needs a few mean mother **** on the bench. guys who are not afraid to come in the game, set some bad ass screens, grab a few tough rebounds, plays some physical defense and then plant the other teams best play into row F when he tries to drive the lane.
team fatlever selects dale davis using the like gana category. we will be using the 1999-2000 version of dale davis, when he was selected to the all-star game. he averaged 10.0ppg and 9.9rpg and shot 50% (like everyone else on my team). that gives me anthony mason, dale davis and bruce bowen on my bench. 3 thugs that will gladly **** you up.

I'm assuming this is in the sport of the category, if not let me know. At this point it is not like it's a major steal, and is a major reach. This pick is solely based on what could have been. For broadcaster, I select Jason Williams. Who knows what could have been if it were not for that motorcycle.
