Exactly, I don't see anything wrong with Championship chasing when you see the end of your career is near, it is the players right!

i'll say this... if the nets somehow land howard in a trade for crap (ie lopez and brooks), the nets will leapfrog over the heat as my most hated team. its bad enough to have one team that wins a ring like this, even worse if the nets have success. i'd rather the heat just win 5 finals in a row than to see teams like the nets collect superstars and win rings as well.

I couldn't really complain bout their trades so far. They have been pretty fair.

i don't understand what howard's aversion to the lakers is. playing for the lakers seems to be everyone's wet dream. nash, kobe, gasol and howard. thats a guaranteed 2 finals appearances in the next two years (if they are healthy). thats better than deron, johnson, wallace and howard. plus, you know after nash and kobe are gone that buss will go out and get more superstars to play with howard.

I read a bit about ray, he an rondo were always different but it seemed that as soon as rondo got paid he started getting mentioned in trades. That's when he really started to crack it. He was the only member of the big 3 who almost got traded. Riley apparently played on this, promising he would never be traded.

He also disliked rivers for making him start on the bench

Because Kobe told him that he would be his number 2. I can't remember the words he used but Kobe offended him, made him sound like a role player

howard should be a #2, but i guess he is too stubborn or delusional to understand that fact. he will never win a ring as a #1. he isnt shaq or hakeem or kareem or anything close.
