S&T With New Orleans: The Devonte Graham Thread

Why do we bring this game to attention but not the game prior…..the night before on Friday night Vs the Bulls?

The game where he had:

21 points
6 rebounds
6 assists

On 7/14 50% shooting?

Or the game prior to that one where he had:

18 points
1 rebound
5 assists
1 steal
1 block

On 6/9 67% shooting?

People did the same with Monk. He had that 1 good preseason game so his stats were thrown at us.

He’s laid an egg since then and not a peep has been said.

I honestly didn't see those first two games he played but I stand corrected. Though I'm pretty sure he had the worst 2P% last year of any player that took a decent sample of shots.

How is it even possible for NOP to have all that talent and still be ass? I get that the parts don't fit well and Zion is out with obesity, but still, on paper they shouldn't be nearly this bad. Same with last year.

I wish nothing but the best for Graham and hope he tears it up.

Monk on the other hand nah.

The Pelicans are a bottom 5 team without Zion, they have pretty bad talent besides Ingram. Pretty awful roster management considering Lonzo wanted to be there
I don't support domestic violence. Thanks Miles

We really did have major accountability issues on and off the court didn't we?

I don't understand how Devonte choosing to drive intoxicated as a member of the Pelicans is the Hornets fault. Lol this blame passing is getting wild.

HOW DARE THE PELICANS NOT CHAUFFEUR DEVONTE WHEREVER HE GOES!

His BAC was probably higher than his FG %

Imagine if this happened and he was still on our team today? I really never expected anything like this from him or Miles. Ffs

Hey now.
That was probably pre CJ trade. He seemed to change everything for them. Happy to be wrong on that one.

Pelicans went from looking like one of the worst situations in the league halfway through the season now after Herb Jones break out, getting CJ, and drafting Dyson Daniels, they are looking hella nice actually

CJ/Jones/Ingram/Zion/JV is a nice lineup and Daniels gives them a lot of lineup versatility. If Zion gets injured you can easily just slot him in the starting lineup and he fits great.
