Does not bode well for McBob's return to Charlotte after another worse player (Patterson) got 6 million a year. I don't think we should or could pay McBob that much.

Also McBob would have been a very nice PF for that Raptors team, I wonder why they didn't just pay him that money instead

i was thinking the same thing. i'd rather have mcroberts over patterson. looks like 3/18 is probably the upper level of what we could expect, unless a team comes in with a big offer to scare us away. with that said, i'd still be OK with him at 6 mil on a 3 year deal. i'm just that big of a fan of his.

Because Patterson is a better defender, rebounder, healthier, and doesn't randomly go rogue.

They need the interior presence. Plenty of passing on that team.

I am a devout Christian and stuff like this makes me embarassed for my own religion.

Jesus was a Jew by the way and he taught his people Judaism, which makes me have to live with the fact every day that my own religion which I live by is a fraud.

Calling a guy who looks like Jesus, McJesus is not sacriligious in any way, shape or form.

That Hawes deal is a great deal for Clips. <$6M/
and Kaman went to Blaze for <$5M/
Let's get this McRoberts deal done now. 3 yr/$16.5M let's go.

McBob is gonna try his best to get every penny he can out of whatever team that wants him, this is his first and probably last big payday, i don't want to give him any more than 10 million over two years, im confident in Zeller and Vonleh as our PF's

We've been after Kris Humphries for what seems like 15 years. I could see us pursuing him.

Edit: Ryan Kelly is also unrestricted, and had a pretty dang good rookie year. He can stretch the floor extremely well.

Would be all about Ryan Kelly.

He would come VERY cheap, and the dude is a crazy gym rat, probably more so than even MKG and Zeller. Hes going to be a really solid role player. A starter? Nah, I doubt it. But he would be a fantastic backup to come off the bench.

They gave him a QO making him a RFA. Hes not worth getting in a bidding war over for sure, but I think he would be fantastic here. Fits the culture perfectly.

This is the only thing I could find about it.

http://www.reddit.com/r/lakers/comments ... n_kelly_a/

Edit: His QO offer is only around 500k. If we up that to around 1.5 mill or even 1 mill would the Lakers match? Probably. I feel stupid even talking about stuff so minuscule, but I think he would be a nice role player for us.

Dude has size, decent defense and a good outside shot. Could do worse for a bench big.

One of my best friends was Ryan Kelly's math teacher in high school. If we get him and he was hot for teacher, maybe she can score me some good tickets!
