I'd like to put my name in the hat. Appeared in state championship games twice during junior and senior year of high school. Beat oak hill. D2 scholarships. Didnt accept due to personal reasons. Draft me pls. I wanna beat mkia

Throw my name in there too. 6'3". 13 inch vert. Lights out shooter in my driveway. Career high 8 points in rec league (was 17 playing in the 13-15 yr old league). Lost to team of 15 yr olds in the championship. Below average defender. No scholarships. Didn't accept them because they didn't exist. Solid free throw shooter. 80 percent for the season (4/5 attempts). I'm looking for the vets minimum and I am available.

Lets do this.

Add me. I'm a 5'9 power forward with career averages of 4 points, 4 rebounds, and 1 assist while shooting 37% from the field.

Cho knows losing a franchise player for nothing is not an option.

Well, I mean, they sure put up a fight with Al and Millsap.

That's a gaudy résumé, almost as good as mine. I'm always up for a challenge

It also works if all 5 defenders buy in, hustle, play to their strengths and cover for each other.

That is true. But it does not matter how hard they hustle and by in if they cant stay in front of their man or we are over helping. Im just saying that adding in to many defensive liabilities will create a poor defense no matter how great your system is. That is why i think we need to keep MKG if we are bringing in Hayward. They complement each other well and would create offence for each other, while also not creating to much of a weakness on D. We can get offence from somewhere else in this FA, no point in dumping one of our top prospects and defensive anchor for grossly overpaid ball movement.

Well my plan is to compliment Hayward with Lance Stephenson. He's a fierce defender.

I can get behind that plan. I am just operating under the assumption that Lance+Hayward wont happen. It would be a long shot and i think Cho wouldn't put all his eggs in one basket/plan. I Just dont want to see us trade MKG+assets for a huge Hayward contract and miss out on Lance. Seems like a huge gamble that could make or break us. But then again what do i know im not a BB executive :D . But Hayward and Lance could be nice

I'm 5' 6.5" (on a good day) PG with an old school post up game highlighted by Big Al pump fakes. I was in line to earn a bench role on my middle school team in 7th grade but couldn't grow hair under my armpits and I didn't want anyone to notice so I dropped out. I also couldn't afford new sneakers because we were so poor. My first basketball sneakers were Larry Johnson Gram mamas

Rather trade Henderson, Taylor, Neal, and our 2015 1st with the approval of Lance Stephenson.

A wing rotation of MKG, Hayward, Stephenson, and Hairston would be nightmarish for the rest of the league.

Exactly and that is the only thing that could cover up the fact we spent 63 million freaking dollars on Gordon Hayward.

What's done is done, and if we can roll into next season with
Al/Biz
Vonleh/MKG/Zeller (I think I'd survive with him traded in a Hayward S&T if Hendo goes out)
Hayward/MKG
Lance/Hairston
Kemba/Lance
That's about as good as we can do. CDR, Tolliver, Morrow, Nelson, and Mo Williams would still be viable targets with the remaining cap space.

Kemba is 24
Hayward is 24
Lance is 23
Biz is 21
Hairston is 21
Zeller is 21
MKG is 20
Vonleh is 18
Al is the old dude at 29 and his game should age very well.

Considering this team could very well be behind only Lebron's Cavs and maybe the Bulls or Pacers next season, we would have done very, very well for ourselves. MKG, Vonleh, Biz, and Zeller haven't even scratched the surface of their respective potentials either. It just hit me that if this very squad of Al/Biz/Vonleh/MKG/Zeller/Hayward/Lance/Hairston/Kemba reaches its ceiling, that's an insane team two to five years from now, and Al would still be the only player over 30. Pulling off a double signing of Lance/Hayward, or even Lance/Parsons would be the best basketball-related move this city has ever had. The cost really isn't a big issue. MKG and Biz aren't getting paid huge $$$, Zeller, Vonleh, and Hairston are on rookie deals for the next 3-4 years. We have all our future 1sts, and Cho is great at finding good role players for cheap. If we splurge this offseason and turn ourselves into the 2010s version of the 2000s Detroit Pistons, I'll support even this ridiculous signing 100%.

I would gladly participate if there was a incentive to gain from it. I prefer to remain anonymous, but I'd come out of that shell if there's a 1-on-1 tournament that grant the winner at least $1000 and/or 'a new car'

Full article by Lowe. Bottom line, he likes the move by Clt, but thinks. Jazz match.
My picks:
2020 Draft (3rd pick) - Tyrese Haliburton, Devin Vassell, or Onyeka Okongwu

I'm new here, but I'd be down for a Real GM bball game.

I was MVP of Wake Forest's basketball camp ..... when I was 7.

Sadly, it was the peak of my basketball career. Still got a pretty nasty skyhook though.

Now back to the real topic at hand...

Biz Gilwalker:
5'7 catch-and-shoot three-point shooter. Can drive to the basket a little bit but otherwise has zero handles and is forced to play the off-guard. Weighs about 140, none of which is actually muscle. Has grazed fingertips on the bottom of the rim exactly once ever. Injury-prone, easily tired, not in great shape. Irritatingly inconsistent with jumper. Once scored all 16 points for the team in a USC pickup game, mostly on catch-and-shoot situations in the corner, then bricked everything the next game. Can't defend significantly bigger or faster players. Good offball defender and contests shots well, but can't defend the drive. Finishing ability limited due to lack of size and strength and is working on a Parker-esque floater off the dribble. Rarely goes inside anyway so it doesn't matter. Has never PJ Hairstoned anyone.

Good point but those guys weren't the only standout players like Hayward was last year for them. They all complimented each other.

They say they're going to match any contract. They said it before this visit and they're saying it now. In other words, they won't go back on their word, embarrass themselves, lose credibility and lose Hayward for nothing.
