This is the season to relax and evaluate. I'm pretty sure the plan was basically to stealth tank from the beginning. I don't think we need to be so doom and gloom about a minor injury like this.

Could the last 35 seconds of that Heat game gone any worse? We went from up 2 after the Saloon 3 with 42 seconds left to immediately giving up a Herro 2 and then a BMill turnover then the Cody nonsense. I mean if Cody at least hits his free throws the game ends totally different.

It’s just sad because I was actually enjoying the games. I don’t even care about the macro results but it’s actually fun to sit down and watch the Hornets when Melo plays.

Yeah, clearly we need to prioritize development of our young ones over these remaining December games, make sure Brandon Miller doesn’t get hurt, get Melo, Mark, Miles and Nick back to active status, and hope it all comes together by early January. Best case scenario for me would be all of this resulting in a late season success run from a totally healthy team that also results in keeping our lottery pick.
I continue to wait...and hope...for the return to Hornet's glory.

lol @ the idea of Melo ever saying that. Lee is such a charlatan. Not sure I can handle a full season of this BSing. At least Cliff wasn’t afraid to say that the team sucks

Hornets put a team around their best player challenge part II.

Seriously, we need to put some real players around LaMelo. Even healthy, this roster lacks key pieces and role players needed to hold onto leads and make plays. Need to get bigger in the front court somehow.

We're trading LaMelo to the Bulls for Vooch and Lavine.

Even if his name wasn't Lonzo Ball, if he can be healthy he is a great fit for this roster. 3&D ball handler? Sign me up

I think they're simply being overly conservative with injuries this season since they're stealth tanking

Apparently they post the same 50 stories on snapchat everyday... you can see how many were posted. I don't think its them running their accounts, but more so just a cash grab ran by an intern basically...

I am not ruling a trade out based on Lavar, but I think this is fake evidence for anything.

And I think more realistic than us trading for him during the season would be Lonzo coming here as a free agent in the summer. I guess if he's willing to take less money to play with his brother, then that's certainly scenario the front office would need to consider. Especially if Lonzo can make it through the year semi healthy.

Well there is a LOT OF SMOKE rising up now, so I guess the fire will be uncovered soon. Is there a date target in December that is holding things back relative to a trade? Maybe December 15th…thought that was always a date when certain signed free agents could be included in trades, or something like that.
I continue to wait...and hope...for the return to Hornet's glory.
