Playing better in what respect. Best D, Batum and Lin. Best facilitating, Batum and Lin. Best scoring, Kemba, Batum, Lamb. Best big game plays, Kemba, Batum/Lin virtual tie, Lamb. I think Kemba is playing his best, Batum very well overall, Lamb has stepped up and Lin hasn't found his shot or gotten into his groove.

Team is winning, Lin makes positive contributions to most of those win. That's what matters. When the team needs Lin to do more, he will. And he'll play more.

Oh man, this guy even has haters. LOL.

off course he is lin homer. but he is pretty fair, go see the recent podcast . he actually is happy with lin's contribution in the last game vs bucks. :-?

Did you miss the part where LP and I went back and forth for a solid page talking about listening to this podcast?

Reverse day should be Lin fans picking another Hornets player, then for a full day they post everything they can find about him, following his twitter, instagram, facebook etc... Then they spend the rest of the day here arguing for that player to get more minutes and why he is being misused by Clifford, using tons of stats to support the argument. That would be great times. I'm sure all the other players feel lonely compared to Lin. :(

Is Lin injured?....I'm sure he probably wanted to play this game since this is close to his home town and he grew up supporting the Warriors....There's a lot of Lin fan in the Bay area that would surely be disappointed that he won't be playing.

Lin is questionable. Most of the time, questionable is the day before and the player is in a good enough shape to play the next game. If at all possible, Lin will play even if he isn't 100 percent. He has to be ruled out not to play.

sounds like he'll be ready to go by tomorrow

The @hornets are listing Jeremy Lin as questionable for tomorrow with a right ankle sprain. He looked OK shooting at end of practice.

I can't disagree with this. Lin has played on the d side.....Look if he was shooting better he would be getting a ton of minutes. He's a good player and he's contributing. BUT Batum is scoring like a mad man....Walker the same.....and Lamb g=has been great. So it is what it is....Lin comes out and hits a bunch of shots I'm betting he gets the burn

Is there any amount of times that I could post the assist related stats that are all being led by Kemba that will cause Lin fans to acknowledge that Kemba has been a better facilitator this year?

I consider myself a Lin observer, but yeah, I do follow him so fan is appropriate.

I don't always go by assists however. A lot of that is who hits shots, you know, an assist doesn't equal an assist. Some good looks are blown or turn into foul attempts that lead to scores. I think in terms of finding guys and getting them good looks in various ways, Batum is probably best. Lin is very good at making unlikely assists. The lob stuff and football passes are one way as well as driving in and almost surprising his bigs to get them really easy looks.

I'm glad to see Kemba getting his assists, that's excellent. But I still see the facilitation as setting up motion for a good look and that's why I say Batum and Lin. But by all means credit Kemba as being a better facilitator this year. Glad to see his game expanding and him playing so well in general.

If MKG was healthy you guys would be massively disappointed because Lin wouldn't even see but 15 minutes or so a game.

I bet his minutes go up with Al out. I expect Lamb to sub in sooner for offensive reasons and for us to play more small ball, both of which should lead to more minutes.

I hope his ankle is ok because we really need him against Golden State.

I doubt Lin would sign with the Hornets knowing he'd get less than 15 minutes a game. He seemed excited about playing with MKG and seemed friendly with him before preseason started. I was disappointed not getting to see MKG play.

There's a thread that started like this over at Houston's Clutchfans that's continues to spew even after he left the Rockets .... amazing really. Hope it doesn't happen here. It's pretty hateful stuff.
