That's just D.J. being Augustin. As we all know it's pretty routine every other game or in between.

I thought I was having dejavu. I couldn't believe that he rolled his ankle...AGAIN. They said that he was OK & tried to return, but Mark Jackson told him to sit it out.

i hope so. this is a big year for him. if he can play nobody is going to give him any money on his next deal.

also, my dynasty team cannot afford to lose curry. i already lost love this week.

Ouch. Of all people that could've gotten their ankle tangled up with a sprinting Wes Matthews, it has GOT to be Curry?

To be fair, I think the majority of ankles would've twisted under that kind of contact. Curry can't catch a break. :(

I was tuning into the Lakers-Kings game tonight, and I know it's just preseason, but it look like Tyreke Evans has been demoted to a reserve role in Sacramento. That's kind of crazy considering how much promise the media made the future of his career out to be less than 2 years ago. He's still young, but if I was his agent, I wouldn't like his trajectory.

Someone by the name of AJ Price scored 17 (6/9 shooting) and 11 (assists) for [s]Warriors[/s] Wizards against Bucks. I wonder what he would have done against the Bobcats.

Edit: Thinking Wizards, typing Warriors. Washington, it is. PS: Realgmm should really allow basic tags.

I was hoping the 'Cats would've picked up A.J. Price as a backup PG before they landed Sessions. I like Price, but the numbers don't lie, Sessions is a better player. Price will get his chance to shine while Wall is out with a knee injury though.

It's funny to see what the Nets have done. They have a team that a few of us were screaming for the Bobcats to have 5 or so years ago.

Me and W_Hamilton in particular were screaming to trade our two picks to move up and be in a position to draft Paul or Williams. We were also extremely vocal about making a play for Joe Johnson when he was a free agent and left the Suns for the Hawks. Johnson would have been the perfect SG to play next to Wallace as they both headed into their prime.

With either Paul or Williams leading the team and guys like Johnson and Wallace on the wings who knows how much more effective a guy like Okafor might have been. Who knows what sort of success we might have tasted.

But that's all hindsight. I just think it's interesting to see the Nets team be a team a couple of us wanted 5 years ago.

Rod Higgins and $2.6 million guaranteed. I think that's two reasons. Only one of them really make sense though.

Can we trade Reggie for a protected 2nd round pick or something, cut Higgins, and then sign both to round out our 15 man roster? Both were 09 lottery picks. There's no way they're worse than Cory Higgins. At the very least, they'd have some trade value if they play decent in short minutes.
