Good to see us playing well in SL even if I don't put too much stock into the performances. Kon looked like a different player once he hit a 3.

You'd be setting up the kid for embarrassment.

It would be a roller coaster for sure, much more entertaining than what's happening now

Agree there. But I would like to see Salaün stick to transition offense and threes. Might stick as a role player given his upside on defense, and his motor.

I do hope they don’t shut Kon down. Salaun obviously needs to keep playing.

So next game is Thursday against the spurs. Maybe that’ll be enough time to get Liam and Sion right and Kon won’t have to give his ankle a rest.

This, guys get better by actually playing. And they get even better if they're playing team oriented winning basketball. If they're healthy they should play.

If I were Silver I'd do whatever it took to end teams sitting healthy players. It should not be allowed.

I get sitting Flagg since he looked like he was effortlessly playing and scored 31 or whatever it was, but Kon and the rest of the rookies needs these reps.

Game observations:

> First half was pretty yuck. Guys seemed disjointed, a lot of early iso ball. Kon came out flat again, still they kept the lead. Second half looked different, Kon was aggressive and didn’t hesitate, looked good in many instances. Hornets started looking more like the first two games.

> Kon really needs another game IMO, but will likely pack it in. Much better, but still struggles to get clean drives and break off screens. It will only get tougher with really good opponents. KJ was good to OK, seemed to play more selfishly tonight at times, but everyone was doing that except Kalk. Speaking of Ryan, he’s showing how hard it is to transition from college to pros. Did OK, but doesn’t rebound at an acceptable rate. Tiddy had some good moments, really did. Also some meh, a doofus or two.

> Missed McNeeley a lot.
I continue to wait...and hope...for the return to Hornet's glory.

McNeeley is no slouch as a playmaker.

Seem to have corrected the gap in playmaking, passing, dribbling, created by the Salaün pick. I guess he can hit as a spacing big.

LaMelo is going to love Sexton starting alongside him, with Kon, Mann, McNeeley off the bench.

Take your time healing your injury please, Josh Green!

Liam is also a much better shooter than he showed at UConn

Yeah, for sure. Such a wonderful basketball program in the great state of CT (high literacy rates, no inbreeding, and really high health outcomes/literacy).

Sexton, Liam, Kon all supply great passing and shooting. Sexton kicks in serious rim pressure. All missing ingredients.

Now get us a real center!

You will have to keep me update on how Furphy Jr does at UConn next year, sounds like he's better than his brother.

Absolutely imploring all of you to not look deep into stats in SL with Kon. Or really anyone for that matter. Think Yose said it best SL isn’t meant for him for gaudy stats. Next game he may go 2 for 11 and look like dog ****. But others will benefit from his smarts. If that makes any sense.

its why they might be better sitting him. i get playing games is good for them, but not if its not the right team mates. hard to play a team system when you have desperate guys trying to prove they belong

Liam and Kon may already have two of the highest BBIQ 's on the team.

**** sitting anyone, give the Hornets fans what they want, which is a SL championship. This is a franchise that hasn't won anything ever, not even a division. Time to start teaching these guys how to win
