I think by the time Biz is 25 he'll have put it together offensively after a few more seasons behind Jefferson and Ewing. Kid is not stupid and a hard worker and an athletic freak, and has the insticts defensively and rebounding wise.

I generally agree, but am not sure he will still be any better than a key reserve (undersized 5) that contributes good defense & rebounding. Yes he is still young, but that only goes so far. Biz learning curve may be low and slow, but his lack of hands and offense seems to linger on and on. He will never justify his draft position but he can be a solid bench guy for many years.
I continue to wait...and hope...for the return to Hornet's glory.

He needs to seriously stop doing cross fit every day and work on his basketball skills.

Agreed. Jordan is on the verge of becoming the best center in the league. He was raw as hell coming into the league. Pretty sure he worked hard on his skills and didn't think that doing crossfit would magically make him a great NBA big man.

I don't understand you Biz antagonist. We drafted him to be a shot blocker and surprise?!?! He's one of the best in the league at it. We also drafted him to be a good rebounder and surprise?!?! He's a above average rebounder. I don't understand this justify his draft position stuff neither. He was the best C prospect left after Val other than Vucevic who can't play defense.

But he's not Ben Wallace yet!

He's going to be 25 one day and he's not even Ben Wallace yet!

Hes been playing well lately. I consider him top 5 right now. Might be a bit of a stretch, but oh well.

This...

Likewise, to follow-up on your contrasts, I don't understand how fans are disappointed in the offense of a raw prospect that was drafted with a NBA comparison of Ben Wallace. For those who may not remember Wallace, or never paid much attention to his offense (or lack thereof) because he was a lauded player, he was a career 5.7 points per game player, while Biyombo is a career 4.3 points per game player, at 21 years old his best years have yet to come

Only bad thing I've said about Biyombo lately is to lay off the crossfit as much and work on his game.

I'm unsure on how much I want to appreciate Cho's roster building skills around his prized draft picks. However, I like his defense-first approach because I'm a firm believer in not only the cliché that 'defense win championships', but my own proverb that it'll give you a fighter's chance in any game against any opponent. I say that about Cho to say this, I dislike the situations that he draft his players into. For instance, Biyombo won't succeed unless he's paired with a frontcourt mate that can score at a above average level --- and that's why I was heavily disappointed that we never got the opportunity to see how not only Biyombo, but how the team would perform with him alongside Jefferson on the floor. Correspondingly, he drafted a defensive-minded small forward whom only strength offensively was slashing to the rim in MKG, but pair him with wing player (Henderson) that can't stretch the floor to open lanes between the opposing defense for him to attack the basket. Furthermore, I also have withal concerning Kemba too, but that's neither here nor there in this topic of conversation concerning Biyombo

DeAndre Jordan took 7 seasons to become the player he is right now.

It's worth the wait because he's still only 25.

Lets just write off Biz anyway...

Lol no one said anything about writing him off. We just said he needs to watch tapes of Jordan and go the same career path.

Yeah, because, come on! Biz is never gonna be a Al Jefferson or Marc Gasol type of center... It is just not in him.

Being a guy like D.Jordan, limited to put backs dunks and monster alley-oops + Blocks, is clearly more reachable!
