Every time he shoots a 3 the way he has his feet about shoulder width apart and knees together ... that's just asking for trouble.

I'd like to see more consistency on his form from deep. Always looks a tad different each time. Probably just nit picking

2013 was when he was supposed to originally graduate highschool anyway I believe.

It was. He changed it and went back. Many of the guys who reclassify were supposed to be in the class they change into.

I remember Andre Dawkins graduating highschool a year early to go to duke. Big mistake that was. Off topic.

The interesting thing was he was 18 when he played at Duke too. Likely he was held back or put in late because of a September birthday. That would explain the about right age and not being changed in high school.

He led the team in 3pt% this season, in very few attempts but still.

hopefully he is in the rotation next season at backup PF getting 20mpg. Marv can be backup SF.

I would hope that his form would be a project this summer. It is not terrible but just getting tons of shots up a day to make sure it is always the same.

Daniels shot better from 3 and took 36 for us. Did you mean Noah was our top shooting big man who took threes?

I'd rather him shoot a 3 than 3/4 of our roster.

Me too. I wish he had played more so we knew more about him in the league.

Zeller has legit range as well. He just seemed terrified when wide open as if Clifford would shoot him dead if he shot and missed.

Hopefully we keep Biz and these three work hard together and become a great big group in the next few years.

So we're just ignoring Cody "100 percent from 3" Zeller?

Lol I nearly **** my pants when he made that one 3. Should've taken at least 50 more throughout the season.

How good can Noah Vonleh be?

Post#918 » by Bozzy » Wed May 20, 2015 6:26 pm

There wasn't many minutes for him before late in the season. But in the last weeks he played, he played pretty well.

How good can he be, and who do he remind you of?

I'd say that he has all the tools to become what teams want in a modern NBA big. Can protect the rim, can drive to the basket, can shoot from outside.

If you're interested in a insightful write-up of his game, I recommend:

He has the physical tools and basic skills to be a stud, but he hasn't shown the BBall IQ\innate ability to put it all together yet. He kind of looked like he was navigating a new city at night with a faulty gps when he was on the court this year.
