biz getting closer to basketball workouts. today he posted a pic of him standing with a basketball, while at a gym, although he is treating the basketball as a soccer ball, so no help with the bad hands thing

I'm amazed that the coaching staff hasn't done the jugs machine with Biz like NFL teams do with tight ends. 100 a day for the offseason and I bet he can catch any ball thrown his way once the season starts

Biz' hands bare bad but there has been some improvement as you would expect over the last 3 seasons.
He can catch the ball but really struggles in traffic, how do we fix that?

Experience. He should spend the summer at rucker park and play streetball for a month. That'd help him a ton

He can catch the ball in space but how often do post players get space in the paint at the NBA level?
I think it could as much be a mental thing as anything.
MAybe he needs a sports psychologist aswell?
Rucker would most definitely help.

If he spends the summer playing pickup ball with half decent competition that will do him wonders

I dislike the way how he put emphasis and excitement on top of playing against 'pro athletes' as if he isn't one himself and as if it isn't something he should be doing routinely anyway. I occasionally play against pro athletes during the summer myself, but that's not even something I boast about. Biyombo may need a new agent or something. No wonder his development on the offensive end may be moving in such small increments at a time
