Well deserved Crash !
It's good to have an ambassador to represent our team's defense (identity) leaguewise.
The man is such a generous freak of nature.
Thank you for your work Gerald, you make us all proud.

This is well deserved, can't complain about being behind Howard and Smith. And I'm relieved to see that they didn't put LeBron ahead of him, would've been a total disgrace.

What is the rationale for being behind Smith? Wallace posts more rebounds, Smith posts more blocks, and they are basically equal when it comes to steals. Wallace is the best defender on the best (depending which measure you use) defensive team in the league.

I bet it's because what Smith does is more flashy then Wallace, those high flying blocks he always seem to get is what most people remember. I have no problem putting Wallace #2 behind Dwight though.

i have to give artest some credit though... he's been pretty damn awesome guarding durant so far in the playoffs.

Because everyone still looks at Charlotte as the red headed step child to beat upon. We are now knocking on the door. Time is right to kick that mother down! Once we show this season is not just an anomaly, we will start to get more respect. Right now, it is merely nominal respect with lots of lip service.

Cannot believe Josh Smith did not win anything this year while his team is doing great and probably will go into second round easily.

Win anything? He's only eligible for two awards, and he's not as good as Howard or LeBron.
