Charlotte signs Luther Head..or not?

I know a few days ago there were reports that Luther Head signed with the hornets for 2 years and 2.3 million. Well i found a link saying he signed with the Bobcats for that amount....I will give both links, at the moment i will give the nod to ESPN and i don't know how credible this other source is. Just wondering if anyone could find anything else out about this.

If we were able to get Head then it is a ver solid sign and our bench is shaping up quite nicely...but like i said, i still am not convinced we got him. Here are the links:
